As per headline, it was my first time trying this specific product and although price was good and packaging seemed intact (i.e. no spoilage or weird smell, seal not broken, etc.), this gave me significant gastro-intestinal issues (i.e. cramps, bloating and gas that smelled like something had died inside of me) that lead me to buy a different brand. I used this for 3 weeks or so before realizing this might be the culprit. Within 12 hrs after switching brand, all digestive issues IMMEDIATELY stopped. Just to confirm I wasn't crazy, I tried going back on this brand a week or so later and within hours of taking a shake with Sports Research's creatine in it, all of my GI troubles began again. Not saying this is a bad product, it might not just be suited for me somehow... If you are experiencing GI issues when taking this, consider switching brand / my comment I guess. Read more

1week in : So far the best one I have had. Makes me feel more energized and doesn’t bother my sleep. My only thing is that it is gritty. I mix it into my overnight oats and i can feel the texture, like sand. It bothered me at first but I will keep trying to see what happens. 3 weeks in (i take this daily) and I’ve gotten kinda used to the texture so it doesn’t bother me as much, but my muscles are visibly more defined than they were a couple weeks ago which is kinda trippy coz I don’t feel “puffy” like with other creatines i’ve tried.
