Great product and not common in Canada. Fill it with water and beans, press the button and it makes you a fresh cup that tastes way better than any drip machine. Maintenance and operation is very easy. Instructions are helpful. Make sure vendor sells you a machine that can handle Canadian/USA 120 W vs Europe's 220W. Just because you buy it on Amazon.ca doesn't mean that this is the case. Check with vendor. I use this for an office with 15 employees and it works great. Grinder can be pulled out and replaced! Es una cafetera realmente buena. No desperdicia agua tan solo se mantiene limpia en todo momento. Hace muy buen cafe y se de lo que hablo ya que soy camarero y he trabajado con molinillos manuales y es necesario una buena carga y un buen molido. Dopo un anno e mezzo di utilizzo è arrivato il momento di tirare le conclusioni. È davvero un' ottima macchina da caffè da casa,per chi è amante del caffè è davvero un ottimo prodotto. Caffè cremosi,ottimi cappuccini con tanta schiuma. Il serbatoio dell' acqua è abbastanza capiente, così come il vano di carica dei chicchi di caffè. Il caffè si può preparare sia in una o due tazzine contemporaneamente macinando i chicchi, c' è anche un piccolo caricatore per il caffè già macinato,ma questo permette di fare un solo caffè per volta. Il montalatte è automatico, quindi davvero comodo. Ad ogni accensione e spegnimento pulisce automaticamente i condotti, quindi è consigliabile mettere un piccolo contenitore per raccogliere l' acqua,per non riempire in fretta il raccoglitore sotto il basamento. Poi, dipendentemente dalla frequenza di utilizzo,richiede ( ma lo fa automaticamente all' accensione di un' apposita spia) un trattamento con decalcificante, operazione necessaria per preservare la piena funzionalità dell' apparecchio,inoltre è consigliato pulire anche il blocco che scarica il caffè nel cassetto di raccolta,ma è un' operazione semplicissima.
