I really wanted to love the Dreame H12 Dual. It’s sleek, powerful, and the self-cleaning feature is a big plus. However, right out of the box, it kept saying “Please fill clean water tank” even though the tank was full and properly inserted. I followed all troubleshooting steps — reseated the tank, cleaned the sensor, tried resets — nothing worked. For a premium product, I expected better reliability or at least a quick fix, but this seemed like a hardware fault. It’s a shame because when it did run briefly, it performed well. Je me dois de laisser un commentaire car je suis bluffée de la qualité du produit. Dans mon cas j'ai un mix de sols durs et tapis, et suite à un testeur de ce produit, j'avais noté qu'on pouvait aussi acheter en supplément une brosse grattante pour tapis, la tête compatible du modèle Dreame T30, brosse originale que j'ai trouvée pour 60 euros sur un site Ali... Etoiles +++++ c'est tellement propre avec le laveur-balai que j'ai envie de re salir pour nettoyer! Etoiles +++++ pour les accessoires, leur rangement et leur qualité Etoiles +++++ pour la fonctionnalité, la maniabilité et la facilité d'usage et lavage/remplissage des réservoirs Points - pour la partie aspirateur, bien qu'il soit léger, c'est dommage, qu'on ne puisse pas mettre le bloc moteur en bas, même si c'est peu dérangeant car le moteur est léger. Par contre, la brosse d'origine pour sols durs en "mousse" n'accroche pas bien et pour les tapis n'aspire pas la poussière fine et n'est pas assez lourde et ne fait pas le contre-poids avec le moteur donc c'est pas très agréable. Heureusement, j'ai acheté la brosse compatible grattante pour le modèle T30 et là c'est le top, pas de différence d'autonomie de batterie, et le filtre à poussière ne semble pas encombré; je n'utilise plus que cette brosse qui aspire parfaitement les tapis à fond et va très bien pour les sols durs. Ce qui serait bien, c'est que Dreame propose cette option. Maintenant vu qu'on peut acheter l'original pour 60 euros, ça vaut le coup car cela transforme un aspirateur mi-entrée de gamme à un aspirateur performant. Alors en conclusion, allez-y sans hésiter, je l'utilise depuis un mois et j'espère qu'il aura une longue durée de vie ainsi que les pièces détachées! Donc j'en suis en-chan-tée! Bravo Dreame! Après un koening qui m'a laché suite à une chute et 3 ans de bons services, je me suis tourné vers le dreame T10. Très bonne surprise ! Le bruit est plutôt "faible" et pas criard du tout. Le support mural est vraiment parfait car il permet d'avoir tous les accessoires accrochés et surtout il permet de recharger l'aspirateur une fois posé dessus: c'est un vrai plus ! La batterie est largement suffisante pour plus de 100 m² en vitesse 2. Niveau aspiration, je n'ai rien à dire il fait le TAF (perso j'ai que du parquets, carrelage et tapis). Autre point très important: le nettoyage de l'aspirateur --> ultra simple et surtout les filtres n'ont pas besoin d'être nettoyer tous les 2 jours, à l'inverse de mon ancien aspi.... une vrai libération ;) Pour résumer: un très bon produit que je recommande sans aucune hésitation Read more

Pregi: - lava bene utilizzando la giusta quantità di acqua quindi si asciuga subito; - arriva agli angoli, si accosta perfettamente al muro o al battiscopa senza punti morti; - aspira e raccoglie perfettamente tutto: dai peli degli animali (ho un cane grande a pelo raso ed un gatto a pelo lungo) a residui di cibo o pezzetti di carta o plastica o terra o sassolini lettiera..... proverò se riesce a raccogliere anche pezzi più grossi tipo crocchette cane o gatto; - spazzola delle dimensioni giuste per arrivare in posti dallo spazio limitato tipo tra bidet e water; - maneggevole - funzione lava/asciuga spazzola fantastica - lavoro in autonomia e accurato di oltre 30mq senza azzerare la carica; - carica batteria al 100% molto veloce - accessori aspirapolvere validissimi con un'ottima aspirazione (ed il confronto lo regge col Dyson che posseggo); - detergente valido nonostante l'esigua quantità da utilizzare (farò seconda recensione con video acqua sporca); - serbatoio acqua sporca molto capiente; - display comandi ampio e vario ma in realtà lo devo ancora tutto studiare.... farò seconda recensione; - stazioni ricarica e alloggio accessori validissimo: finalmente tutto a vista e a portata!!! Difetti: - leggermente pesante ma neanche più di tanto considerando il corpo motore serio e comunque aiutati molto dalla reazione che esercita il rullo e l'aspirazione nello scorrimento della spazzola sul pavimento. Nel complesso vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato e lo consiglio per alleviare le fatiche della pulizia quotidiana specie e soprattutto se si hanno bambini o animali in casa! La confezione arriva perfettamente imballata con indicazioni per il trasportatore riguardo la fragilità, il contenuto è ben disposto ed ordinatamente assemblato in cartone rigido preformato per prevenire urti accidentali che potrebbero danneggiare, sul coperchio elencati ed illustrati i pezzi contenuti e le spiegazioni accluse sono chiare e dettagliate. Contiene anche un flacone prova del detergente da usare (ma ne avevo già comprato un flacone più grande temendo la mancanza); tra l'altro ne serve talmente poco (10ml a carica acqua pulita) che il flacone accluso permette ampiamente l'uso della pavimenti in attesa di ordinare il flacone più grande. I had high hopes for the Dreame H12 Pro, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received was damaged right out of the box, with a non-functional water pump. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I opted for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit was no better; the brush stopped working after just a few uses. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and performance of this product. I would not recommend purchasing the Dreame H12 Pro. I have been trying to get the vacuum fixed for the past couple of months but they have been bouncing me around to different places and finally I was told to take it to Eros to get it fixed but Eros is telling me that I have to pay for it.
