I have purchased 2 of these, one beige size small and one black in size medium. I have since gotten a black, size small. I found the black, size small to be slightly tighter than the beige one. The black in a medium was too big, as in it fit perfectly with no real compression. I contacted LEINIDINA and they were able to help me directly! I began training with the beige on the loosest setting and was able to move to the 2nd notch within a week. I was able to move to the tightest notch about 10 days after that. I expect to start with the 2nd notch on black, size small once the tightest notch on the beige is easy to close. I do not use any extra lotions or anything. I do walk every day and get about 12,000-15,000 steps a day. I wear the trainer for about four hours, 3 to 4 times a week. It is comfortable enough to do gardening while wearing. I have not run while wearing it or done HIIT. It is unnoticeable underneath even a cotton tee and skort, so I suspect it would work even under a fitted dress without much notice. it has a devil tag right on the back where it itches the most, but overall it's very comfortable. just wash it on warm and hang dry. it kind of reshapes your ribs, I personally like that because I have a wide ribcage so it makes me look super slim. the material quality is comfortable, and it dosent get too sticky to take off. it makes you look great, and it gives you a lot of back support. overall it's easy to use and wear, I bought an XS, I'm 5'3 and 110 pounds. it's definitely longer than I thought it would be. but overall 10/10 buy. This is by far one of the most comfortable waist trainers I’ve ever purchased. I am able to comfortably wear it all day without it pinching my sides. It doesn’t roll up even though I’m sitting most of the time. It’s great quality for the price and super durable. The only downside is that I’ve had to order it more than once because I needed a smaller size, however, the first one I tried on the zipper came off the track on the first go round and I had it replaced within two days. The material is thick but did not fit right, the clasp closure was too big and the zipper also broke while attempting to zip up as it is not the best quality. Didn’t get a chance to wear it, you get what you pay for I have had much better trainers. Read more
