I feel very good about this product. It has no stearates, which cause supplements to gunk up and not be absorbed. The capsules are made of vegetable cellulose, not gelatin, in case you're vegan. They're not hard to swallow. I'd call them medium sized. In addition to just the right amount of Nicotinamide riboside, which is what converts to NAD+, you get the adaptogenic herb rhodiola, a couple of cleansing herbs, and a couple of antioxidants. It has black pepper to help with absorption. I think this is great quality and at a great price, as you only take one a day. I haven't taken it long enough to know if I feel better, but I haven't had any bad effects. I'm hoping that with it being a form of niacin, it will help protect my skin from aging. I haven't had any flushing which I've gotten with the standard niacin supplements, and I haven't gotten an upset stomach.
