The Hooks & Holder Information:

These products are not suitable for use on matte, dull, rough, porous, or uneven surfaces. Do not use the products on unsuitable surfaces. The products will not work over multiple grout lines that you would find in a mosaic or subway tile. Examples of unsuitable surfaces: 1. Wood, 2. Unglazed & Matte Tiles, 3. Concrete/Birck, 4. Prefabricated shower units, 5. Painted/Unpainted Fibreboard, Drywall, or Plasterboard, 6. Textured, Patterned, Uneven Tiles, 7. Mosaic Tiles.

Product care:
For best results, remove the product from the surface after one month of use. Clean the area where the product was attached with a clean damp cloth and allow it to dry. Reapply the product and wait 12 hours before use. Repeat after 6 months.

How to Clean:
Gently hand wash under warm water (do not scrub with a brush or abrasive pad). Allow to dry naturally (give it a shake to remove excess water) before reapplying to the surface.
