Wir hatten ursprünglich das 14-teilige Set bestellt und dieses dann gegen das 11-teilige umgetauscht. Warum? Weil das 11-teilige spülmaschinenfest ist. Allerdings auch von Hand sehr leicht zu reinigen. Speziell das 11-teilige hat eine etwas andere, modernere Form und, was uns besonders gefällt, relativ große Stilkasserolen, die im Handling besser sind als Töpfe. Durch die gerade Form extrem platzsparend auf dem Induktionsherd. Werden schnell heiß und kühlen auch schnell wieder ab. Die große Pfanne ist sehr tief, was als Spritzschutz beim braten sehr vorteilhaft ist. Wahnsinnig leicht, vor allem gegen unsere tonnenschweren Le Creuset Töpfe. Kleiner Nachteil, durch die nicht gewölbten Glasdeckel kondensiert das Wasser und man kann manchmal schlecht hineinsehen. Einmal lupfen, dann geht es wieder. Insgesamt im täglichen Handling eine wahre Freude und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Nachtrag nach fünf Monaten täglichen Gebrauchs: Absolut phantastisch, ich liebe diese Töpfe. Wenigstens zweimal pro Woche gibt es Tomatensauce und es gibt keinerlei Ablagerungen. Sowohl von Hand als auch in der Spülmaschine superleicht zu reinigen. Winziger Nachteil, beim großen Topf (selten im Einsatz, weil die Kasserollen schon so viel Inhalt aufnehmen) werden die Griffe natürlich heiss. As a single guy, I wanted a basic, cheap, and quality pan set, to make some basic meals. Cheap and quality aren’t two adjectives that usually work together, but these really have done an amazing job. They look and feel great. They definitely don’t look cheap, and appear well made. And the non stick is working really well so far. A previous comment said they’re almost all the same size. This simply isn’t true! It’s the perfect selection of size and functionality, in my opinion. I bough these pans as we were moving house, and had to get a set that was suitable for a halogen hob. Thankfully this set was great value for money and also aesthetically pleasing to suit my kitchen. I love the non stick of the pans, and a great selection of different sizes. This is the only set I need for my house! One negative is that they do scratch easily, I used my scrub daddy sponge to clean some hardened food and some of the paint did come off the outside of the pan. I got the entire set, really beautiful BUT on the very first usage the pans started to get stained and handles burn very easily. Its great when you open the box but a nightmare once you start using it. They turned to ugly, burned stained cook set. Read more

I was so excited to receive my new cookware set. After unpackaging all the pieces, I noticed the lid did not fit properly on the 4.3 qt saucepan and upon further inspection, the pan itself is obviously warped. This was the pan I was most looking forward to receiving as I have never had one this size. After reading many reviews with the word "warped" in them, I decided I didn't want to keep this set and I have returned. I also reached out to Carote and attached pictures but I never heard back from them. At this point I don't know if the pan was damaged in transit or came warped from Carote's factory, but I guess it does not matter. I do not recommend. ***UPDATE***: I saw this new set of Carote cookware and decided to give it a try. Here is my review of this 12-piece set that is brand new to Amazon as of 6/28/2024: This is an absolutely beautiful set of cookware. It’s almost too beautiful to use! I especially love the ridges on the sides of each piece. It adds an extra layer of sophistication to the set. I keep the 4.5-quart casserole out on my stovetop because it really is lovely to look at. I like that the set is stackable and appreciate the 3 pan protectors that were included. The knobs on the lids and the handles needed to be attached with the included screwdriver. Very easy to do and took about 5 minutes. I used the 4-quart low casserole for the first time last night and it cooked the food evenly, efficiently and completely non-stick. The clean-up was a breeze. It’s also lightweight, which I appreciate as I rarely use my cast iron pans because they are so heavy. I am looking forward to using the large 6-quart casserole for stew when the weather gets cooler. The largest casserole in the set is also very lightweight. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and so happy I ordered this set while it was on sale. Highly recommended! Pots arrived and were what was expected. The one lid was slightly bent but nothing to the point where it could not be used. The actual pots are good. They seem to be doing the job. I am not sure about the handles however. I don’t think they will last very long. Seem to be made out of a light plastic and mine are already discounting after a few uses.
