I received this mini PC on August 1st. By September 1st, it wouldn't even turn on. It's just beyond Amazon's return window. I'm testing the waters on Geekom's customer service, I'll update the review if something happens. UPDATE: I did reach out to Geekom's customer service. At first, they couldn't find the order, even when providing the order number. They were able to find it once I sent a screenshot of the order from Amazon. They asked me to ship the broken PC, and once they received it, they would send a new one. I had to package up the old one and provide a tracking number (they wanted a copy of the shipping receipt inside the package). Once they received it, they would send another, no questions asked. I sent the package and emailed a copy of the receipt and the tracking number to the customer service contact (Shirley). To my surprise, they refunded the full shipping costs the next day. A few days later, I received an update saying that they have shipped a new PC out, and I should receive it in the next few days (with UPS tracking number included). I have had this computer running for at least a month and it just keeps on ticking. I couldn't ask for anything more, it's quiet and top of the line. One thing I really like is it mounts on the back of the monitor and the mount was included. Read more

Pleasantly surprised on how well this thing performs. I haven't tried it gaming but for the applications I'm working on, it's great. If you don't need to buy monitors you can't beat the price. A very good bang for your buck. Read more
