I have yet to find a passable budget bone conduction set of headphones, and it looks like that search continues. With that said, this pair does have better sound quality and tone range than other sets I've tried, but it also seems like they aren't true bone conduction considering that I can hear them on someone else's skull. It sounds like they may have used a little air conduction to try to bypass that issue of sound range found in most bone conduction sets, and if so that's a BIG problem if you plan to use them swimming as they did not solve the problem, just gave a workaround that will help outside of the water. The product was of excellent quality and delivered ahead of schedule. The battery life, which went to almost 20 hours at a medium volume level, surprised me. Underwater sound is equally amazing. It can be immediately connected to a laptop or a mobile device, allowing one to take calls while watching a movie on the laptop. However, if the phone is connected to the device over Bluetooth and subsequently used in card mode, the connection between the phone and the device prevents sound from being heard during calls. The lack of a shuffle option in card mode and the absence of an additional charging cord are the drawbacks. Have had several headsets that said they could handle sweat levels of moisture, but none have stood up to me and cutting my grass. This headset has withstood several grass cutting sessions with heavy sweating and all functions and buttons and charging all still work. I have not taken them into a pool and tested that level of waterproofing. The audio is totally acceptable for me but must qualify that I am not an audiophile. No problems pairing with my S23 Ultra and Lenovo Yoga laptop. No problems connecting to both at the same time either. The MP3 player functionality works fine to, although I have not used it that much. Battery and charging life appears to be as advertised. I can easily get four+ days without needing to charge but I do not utilize them for a full day, usually a couple hours total throughout the day. However, not a fan of the proprietary magnetic charger but can live with it. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. EDIT: Upping my review to 5-Stars! Have gone through a complete mowing season and this headset has definitely proved to be sweat proof. Bought these to use on my vacation, didn't test them out until I got to my destination. Tried using the Bluetooth function, it was basically unusable under water. My phone was right on the deck of the pool and every time i went underwater right in front of my phone it would cut out immediately. Bluetooth function is not usable underwater at all. Had to get mp3's and install onto the headset, this function worked very well, but it was annoying to have to get mp3's and install them. The process is not difficult, it's drag and drop once you plug the headset into your computer, but I just don't use mp3's anymore. I would rather stream music and use the bluetooth function, but that was disappointing. All in all i was still able to use the headset underwater, but product should indicate the limitation of the bluetooth function. Read more
