The box in which it came in was broken, and for such a device, you'd think they'd take better care in the presentation of the box it comes in. It made it look low quality. I've owned a previous neck fan, and the only difference is that this one has an LED screen which shows how much power is remaining and the speed level. I like the 5-speed setting, and the highest speed is quite noisy and drains the battery much faster because it blows more air out. Keep that in mind. The ceramic plate on the back of the neck does feel bit cold but not that much. One thing I don't like is that the USB port (to recharge it) is on the side outwards which can accumulate dust or moisture (depending where and how you use it). They could've just put a cap to protect the port, or place the port on the bottom. Recharge is not extremely fast, but overnight is good. I like the design, not very heavy, wish it came in more/different colors. Black attracts heat which defeats the purpose when you're trying to remain cool. This is a FAN, not an Air Conditioning Unit. Meaning it just sucks the air from around you and blows it upwards towards your head (and only 2 vents blow downwards towards body but not very strong). For the price, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you feel like splurging. I'm somewhat disappointed. I guess I had higher expectations for it. UPDATE: This is not really a neck fan, it does NOT blow air in the back of the neck!!! Only little bit to the front and sides. Way overpriced. Wish I can return it and get my money back. Read more
