I have been fighting demons (cramps) after getting an iud inserted last month. I have a traditional heating pad, which is great, but I could only use it on my lower back while lying down. This thing has pulled me from the depths of hell and offered me salvation. Now I have a heating pad that I can use on my lower back AND lay in the fetal position simultaneously! Perfect size, perfect range in heat settings, perfect price.
