Was wrapped in amazon bubble bag, once opened the keyboard was broken from right side. The keyboard is half open can say. Even its box was torn and damaged. Plus giving errors in commands not working at all. Operation & packagaging team of amazon must be vigilant to not create a bad reputation of their company. Above all the customers suffers after this again to receive their refunds which can take half of the month.
