I started off with the lighter rope 1/4lb to warm up for my workout and switched to the 1/2lb to intensify it and these are no joke! They make a world of a difference in how intense the workout will be. It’s great to pair with the app. I can get competitive with myself on how many jumps I can do next workout, plus, it makes me feel less lazy when I’m following a workout that they provide in the app. It also comes with a small travel bag, so I’ll definitely take these around with me!!! Great jump rope as you can change the rope easily using the same handle. AMP is nice provided you subscribe to the app but it is worth doing so to track the progress. It has three different weighted ropes 1/4, 1/2, and 1 LB. Glad I can find this on Amazon as the local UAE site has most of the Crossrope items out is stock and you can’t access the USA site as you get directed to the UAE site by default (not sure why as most of items out of stock such as AMP handle, AMP set, Crossrope Mat, etc.) Thank you Amazon in providing this rope and sorting out my issue for the wrong item sent in the first order!
