Briefly: Laptop came as described, all the components (CPU, GPU, SSD, RAM etc.) refers to description on amazon page. But there was some issues descovered: 1. Mine laptop doesn`t have 3-Month Xbox GamePass access which supposed to be included. And not Lenovo Official support, not Amazon support couldn`t help to solve that. 2. Official Lenovo`s warranty has been activated(started) in August, laptop I purchased in the end of November. Which makes me think that laptop has been opened and warranty has been activated. I've used many laptops but this was my first gaming laptop. I recently decided to ditch the desktop and go mobile with my gaming. So far I'm very happy. The quality of the laptop case and design is top notch and it's been working great. Temperatures when gaming remain good and the cooling solution they use seems to work perfectly. I had did a lot of research before buying and Lenovo won my business because of the available 4 year manufacturer extended warranty (most offer max 3 years) and also the amount of USB and other ports was great, no dock was needed to plug all my stuff in. This laptop is also for gaming I was surprised by the way to the laptop seems to be very well made and i'm probably out of my league on it because of the gaming But I've been using it and I like it very much didn't come with a lot of instructions but I guess you can get that off the internet?I'll look up how to use it on youtube. I was going to try xotic pc for a laptop but they were being slow. Back in 2020 I bought a Lenovo legion rtx 2060 gaming laptop. The quality is fantastic. Sooo I gave Lenovo a try again and I wasn't disappointed. I tried a Acer Nitro 5 last year and the laptop was a pos... Built horribly. The customer support was non existent.. The quality is fantastic on this laptop as well. They didn't really change the design that much. The screen doesn't wiggle it feels overall like a solid laptop. Easy to upgrade. Lenovo doesn't void warranty for you stuffing ram or hard drives in their laptops so I upgraded and added a 2nd nvme drive and added 32 gb ram. I will say this. Out of the box it's fassst. If anyone is curious the tgp on the card is 140 watts. It's overclockable same with tne cpu but frankly the cpu boosts to 5 ghz and tne card is plenty fast enough. I wouldn't recommend using the overclock feature because cooling is limited on a laptop. I highly recommend this laptop. My 2nd legion in 3 years and my first one works great and their customer support is very good. Read more
