I bought this massage gun after a lot of hesitation and research. Despite my initial skepticism, I am completely convinced by the effects of a good theragun massage. I use it mainly after running and cycling. I have not had a muscle ache once since I started using the theragun. The battery lasts for about 4-5 sessions. The app has programmed massages for whatever you may need with easy to follow video directions on how to apply the theragun. For example, you can search for “post run recovery” or “cycling recovery” there are also many other options, for warm up or just to relax the neck for example, which makes you feel like a freshly cooked asparagus :) I highly recommend the theragun!
