I have bought several sheers in my life. One pair I paid about 150.00. They were a piece of work. Since I tried using them the pet store would not take them back. I was keeping my daughter's standard poodle. 14 years old with cancer and health issues. She is blind and deaf. She about did not make it being groomed last time. She lays alot. I ordered these sheers the night I got her. Delivered the next day. The times she came out on the front porch I would trim on her. They did not scare her thank God. I have groomed my dogs for years and have a slew of different clippers. The first picture is of Jack before grooming and the other 2 are of him completed. As you can clearly see these clippers did an amazing job. I wasn't thrilled with the shears as they certainly weren't the sharpest but I kind of look at the comb and scissors as a throw in a bonus. I have lots of professional shears so it's not a deal breaker for me. The low sound is fabulous 👌 and the battery is amazing lasting well over the time needed to complete my dog's grooming. I never do long reviews but this one is necessary. I have had other clippers in the past but none of them have been so powerful as this one. This clipper cuts so smoothly leaving my Shih Tzu hair looking so nice. I live in a tropical island and he requires a trim at least every 4 to 5 weeks. I like it short but not so short. I like leaving some fur on him but when his comb starts getting stuck it’s time for a trim. As soon as I received this clipper I was happy that it arrived completely charged because he really needed a haircut. As soon as I got it I started to work on my grooming and it was amazing. I couldn’t believe how smooth this was running even with all the hair he had. I finished grooming him in less than an hour when it usually would take me 2 1/2 hours in the past and still had 90% of charge. This set also includes a paw trimmer which can be used also for small areas like the paws, around the face and ears. Both with their charging cables. It also includes a stainless steel comb, a pair of scissors, a small brush and two attachments for the paw trimmer. I Love it all and I totally recommend this set. Now this part of the review is about the warranty. I contacted customer service by email to ask them if there was any way I could purchase stainless steel combs for this clipper, because this particular set includes plastic combs, but I prefer stainless steel because for my Shih Tzu’s hair it works better. I had bought in the past a set of stainless steel combs but they don’t fit on this new clipper. When I received their quick response Sue was the person that helped me and she said that she will send me a replacement package that includes a new clipper with stainless steel combs and that it would arrive within 5-7 working days. I thought I had to return this clipper set, but she said there was no need for return and it was totally free. That’s how amazing and excellent their warranty service is. So if you are looking for an amazing clipper with an amazing customer service and warranty, this is the clipper for you. I have an elder Austrialian Sherpard whose undercoat is terrible. When he was younger a groomer cut his undercoat. It has never been the same. My furbaby is prone to yeast even though I have changed his diet. He got a skin condition and needed to be shaved completely. These were a lifesaver. They came fully charged as did the mini feet clippers. Since he lives in a controlled temp environment, I plan on keeping his fur to 2 inches due to his issues. We also live in a high humidity area which is not good for long haired dogs. He is 14 and I'm not worried about him having a long beautiful coat but I want comfort for him. He can be hard to handle due to being 14 he hates to be groomed! These made it easy to shave him. I will be able to keep him groomed for comfort now. He is actually happy with the long hair gone. With shorter hair (once it grows out) I won't have to worry about mats or him having an accident and getting fecal matter tangled in his hair as his back area gets so much undercoat he has had issues with this. These clippers worked like a charm. They were efficient. The noise level is low and during grooming Booger Bear (named because his coat is so thick) does not mind being groomed as bad. They came fully charged and after 3.5 hours of grooming due to giving him breaks due to his age the clippers are at 80% still. Even brushing him regularly his winter undercoat gets matted and is hard to maintain. These clippers will help alot! The stainless steel comb and scissors are of great quality! The attachments for hair length are very sturdy. The mini clipper for the feet worked very well. I am very pleased with these clippers! My husband said he needed a set like it. 🤣 I don't usually leave long reviews but this is a great product! When my furbaby hair grows out I will be able to keep him groomed easily. The photo is half the hair removed! I had already disposed another pile just as big that I brushed out with a deshedder brush. I will post another picture after his hair grows back. These clippers are amazing...they work excellent on my 3yo curly, double coated Havanese. They are super quiet and smooth. She doesn't even flinch when I'm grooming her. I had an issue with my first pair, the zonked out after a few months, so I contacted Customer Service and they were excellent!! Andrea, my customer service agent, was amazing, very personable discussions and helped me with my issue by sending me a new pair.
