We replaced our crappy S7 ultra to this and so far, couldn't be happier. Roborock are terrible at their customer service, but Amazon are fantastic. The vacuum itself does a great job, the twin rollers seem to pick up even the finest dust. I like that the dock bins are hidden away from sight a bit and the white colour blends into our walls a bit more than the stark black did. Read more

This is the first time I have owned a Robovac so I can’t compare it to other Robovacs, but I think it is a wonderful product and it does the job very nicely and saves me a lot of time which is really good as I’m always very busy and don’t have much spare time. We are absolutely in love. We have 2 labradors that lose a ridiculous amount of fur and track dirt, sand and all sorts through the house. Our floors have never been so clean. A simple schedule everyday and we come home to sparkling floors. Easy to map, mark things out to avoid and even add floor material and direction. Can’t rate it high enough.
