This thing is just a lovely heating pad to have on the go. I’m not a fan of the vibration. It really doesn’t do anything for my back or abdomen. The strap is easy to adjust. It has three heat settings and an auto-shut off feature. Worthy the money! I am a nurse and have endometriosis. I wear this over my scrubs with a sweatshirt on and no one knows. I'm a big fan of Pixie products! However, I hesitated on this item....I'm not sure why. I didn't have cramps for a long time and then they got reallllly bad for a good 4 cycles. I finally purchased this item to try it out and see if it would help. I have to say, I'm not sure why I let myself suffer for so long - lol This was super easy to use! You can adjust the temp and it has an internal timer, so that it turns off after a while. Which is extra great if you use it while going to sleep! It's super comfortable - it has a soft lining for the side that has contact with skin and it heats up at a consistent rate so that your body can adjust to it. At the higher temps, it also decreases and then increases again so that it gives your skin a break from the heat. And the built-in massager is great! You can adjust that intensity as well (or not use it at all)! And the ability to strap on the heating pad and wear it without being tethered to a cord plugged into a wall is invaluable! It stays charged when not in use and the charge lasts for at least 2 uses. After using it for a couple cycles, my cramps have subsided the past few months (go figure, but now I'll be prepared!) - I just checked the product and it's still charged to 100%! Plus, the price is super reasonable! And most importantly, this product definitely helped lessen the pain of the cramps! So, long story short - don't hesitate like I did. Just buy it! I brought this as I was a bit skeptical of other heat belts with changing the pads. The waist belt is easily adjustable and I love the different heat and massage function which is super helpful. Fantastic! I bought this after reading the reviews.I suffer from chronic pain in my lower back. This little device works wonders! The heat stays nice hot against the skin for a long time after heating. But not too hot ! It's easy to use and you can wear it under your clothes and you wouldn't notice it. I ordered this to help with pain from Ulcerative Colitis and to ease my period cramps. Having a portable option for when I can't slow down and am having symptoms has been incredibly helpful to me. It gets nice and hot. I haven't really had to go past the lowest temp of 115 degrees because it's good and toasty as is but I very much appreciate that it can go higher! I haven't played much with the massage options but I like that it has that as well. I love that it's portable, rechargeable and it's not at all bulky. I fit it underneath a back warmer when I work or I can simply keep it hidden under a sweatshirt if I want. I use it for both my tummy and my back and it's been awesome. Game changer.
