I've been using this product for a month now, and I must share my experience: Let me start off by saying that the product excels at cleaning, delivering thorough and efficient performance. However, there's a significant downside - the software. It's riddled with issues that have been a constant source of frustration: 1) Despite fitting perfectly under sofas, the robot often refuses to clean under them effectively. Sometimes, it ventures under the sofa only to get stuck in a completely open space, going in circles for what feels like an eternity. I had to set up virtual boundaries just to prevent this annoyance. 2) The transition from carpet to hard floors is a nightmare, especially if the carpet is even slightly raised. The robot frequently gets entangled along the carpet edges, turning a simple task into a lengthy ordeal. As an example it takes 20-30 mins more to clean my lounge with carpet compared to when it's cleaned without a carpet. 3) The obstacle avoidance system is far from perfect. It's not good at dealing with minor obstacles like pencils or cables. 4) The robot cannot go in a straight line parallel to the wall. Instead of navigating smoothly, it often clumsily bumps into walls, only to readjust after an awkward encounter. This is just to show how bad the navigation software is. 5) Water consumption is alarmingly high. The water tank depletes when the battery is still at 60%. It uses a lot of water to clean the mop and I believe there should be an option in the application to reduce this usage. The only option available in the application is to make the mop less wet which isn't helpful. 6) The app occasionally relocates the charging station on the map, leaving the robot disoriented and confused. This has happened twice in a month, necessitating either a complete house remapping or restoring a backup. For a supposedly fully automated cleaning solution, this is infuriating. What's equally infuriating is the lack of updates. In an entire month, I haven't received a single firmware update. Considering the laundry list of software issues, one would expect prompt and frequent updates. It's either a resource shortage or an alarmingly subpar software development team. I can't help but reminisce about my old Xiaomi robot, which is several years older but still outperforms this Ecovacs robot in terms of options and navigation. I hope the company will take these software issues seriously and address them urgently through updates. These problems, while exasperating, are entirely fixable with proper software improvements. Ich habe lange mit dem Kauf des T20 OMNI gezögert. Warum? Weil die Produktrezessionen im Schnitt knapp unter 4.0 liegen und ich gerade bei hochpreisigen Geräten gerne die Erfahrungen anderer Nutzer in meine Kaufentscheidung mit einbinde. Wenn man sich näher mit diesen Nutzererfahrungen beschäftigt, dann stechen einige Kritikpunkte immer wieder hervor. 1. Er ist zu laut. Mein alter Roboter war laut, so laut, dass ich annahm, dass keiner lauter sein kann. Jetzt kann ich sagen, der OMNI ist nicht laut, man hört ihn, aber laut ist anders. Die Geräusche der Absaugstation sind unüberhörbar, der Absaugvorgang dauert aber auch nur wenige Sekunden. Und der entscheidende Punkt für mich: Ich lasse den Roboter arbeiten, wenn ich selber nicht in der Wohnung bin. 2. Er passt nicht unter die Möbel. Er trägt hoch auf, dass stimmt. Aber wer kauft sich ein Auto, um dann festzustellen, dass es dann nicht in Garage passt. Man sieht es auf den Fotos, die Maße sind angeben, wo ist das Problem? Bei mir passt er überall drunter (habe es ja auch vor dem Kauf ausgemessen) und macht auch unter dem Sofa, Bett, Schrank usw. sauber. 3. Er bleibt am Teppich hängen. Ich habe keinen Teppich, da ich diese Milbenbrutstätten nicht mag. Hier sind die Kundenbeschwerden wahrscheinlich berechtig, für mich aber nicht relevant. 4. Hoher Wasserverbrauch. Wenn ich selber den Wischmob in die Hand nehme, verbrauche ich deutlich mehr Wasser. Der Behälter reicht für meine 55 qm für 2 Reinigungen. Da ich die Wohnung 2x die Woche wischen lasse, finde ich das fast ideal. Am Samstag ist Wasserbehälter Tauschtag! Den einen Behälter ausschütten, den anderen nachfüllen. Zeitaufwand 1 min. 5. Die Reinigungsleistung und seine Orientierung in der Wohnung. Der Roboter ist eine Hilfe im Haushalt. Er reinigt nicht wie Muttern, klagt dafür auch nicht über Arbeit und Rückenschmerzen. Ich finde die Reinigungsleistung sehr gut, viel besser als die des Vorgängers. Ausgelassen hat er bisher nichts. Er findet den Weg zurück zur Station immer ohne Probleme. 6. Zum Schluss: die Akkuleistung und die Ladezeit. Hier muss jeder selber entscheiden, ob er mit dem OMNI leben kann. Ich kann es sehr gut. Nach einer kompletten Wischreinigung der Wohnung ist der Akku noch halb voll. Für eine reine Saugreinigung benötigt es deutlich weniger Energie. Er braucht ca. 2-3 Stunden um den Akku wieder voll laufzuladen, aber aus meiner Sicht kann er sich sogar dafür 10 Stunden Zeit lassen, Hauptsache er steht am nächsten Tag wieder zur Verfügung. 7. Die Ersterkundung der Wohnung und Inbetriebnahme Toll! Meine Wohnung wurde fast zu 100% richtig erkannt. Gescheitert ist er nur an der Dusche, aber da konnte er auch nicht rein. Die ganze Erstbefahrung hat nur wenige Minuten gedauert. Insgesamt war die Inbetriebnahme sehr leicht und unkompliziert. Durch den Vorgänger war mir die 2.4 GHz Problematik bekannt und für mich daher auch kein Problem. Es gibt 2.4 Router schon neu für deutlich weniger als 20 Euro. Daran soll es dann letztendlich auch nicht scheitern. Der Betrieb zweier Router nebeneinander ist unproblematisch. 8. Die App Viele Apps sind schlecht, diese gehört eindeutig zu den Besseren ihrer Zunft. Die Verknüpfung z.B. mit Alexa können nicht viele Roboter. Google Home oder Siri ist auch möglich. Die Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Insgesamt bin ich mehr als zufrieden mit dem T20. Meine persönlichen Kriterien wurden alle erfüllt und ich kann jedem, der ähnliche Grundvoraussetzungen bzgl. Wohnung und Präferenzen hat, den Roboter mit besten Gewissen empfehlen. Read more

Cela fait un mois que j'utilise ce robot. Vu le prix de l'investissement, j'ai pris le temps d'étudier beaucoup de modèles et j'ai retenu celui-ci, même s'il est plus cher que d'autres, parce qu'il a des serpillières mécaniques tournantes et que l'eau de lavage est chauffée à 55°. Je l'ai mis en service après avoir fait à la main un ultime nettoyage des sols (exclusivement en carrelage). Je l'utilise quotidiennement pour le nettoyage complet de mon appartement de 60 m² (4 pièces). Je précise que j'habite en bord de mer et que le vent charrie toujours du sable, ce qui rend l'aspiration très importante pour que mon intérieur reste propre. L'aspiration et le lavage sont très efficaces et mes sols sont toujours nickel. Le vidage du bac d'eau sale et le remplissage du bac d'eau propre sont extrêmement faciles : il suffit de soulever le capot de la base pour prendre les deux réservoirs. À la fin de chaque cycle, lorsque le robot est revenu à sa base les serpillières et les brosses latérales se nettoie automatiquement. De temps à autre, je vide le filtre de l'aspirateur, la manipulation est extrêmement simple. Le niveau sonore est tout à fait acceptable, inférieur à celui d'un aspirateur traditionnel. Je n'utilise pas la fonction de commande vocale et pilote exclusivement l'appareil avec l'application. Sur ce point, il faut être méticuleux lors de la mise en service, afin que les connexions wi-fi et Bluetooth soient bien paramétrées. Il est possible de commander l'aspiration, le nettoyage ou les deux, avec un ou deux passages, dans l'ensemble de l'appartement ou bien dans une seule pièce. J'aurais une seule remarque à faire : l'application pourrait être beaucoup plus intuitive mais cela dit, je suis tout de même en mesure de l'utiliser sans difficulté. En conclusion, je suis très satisfait de ce robot qui rend d'excellents services et me libère de ces tâches ingrates du ménage. Je profite du temps ainsi libéré et me réjouis à chaque instant d'avoir une « femme de ménage » qui me décharge définitivement de la corvée ! Read more

From dya1 when I started the quick mapping it was not able to avoid obstacles and stucked asking for help and not able to cross 2mm border . Pros : Intelligent device So smart Create a good maps(specially t8 with 3d truedetecte, not the AIVI) Avoiding obstacles so good (T8 AIVI not good enough) Good material Cons: Suction is not good enough Mopping System is not goodenough,Water flow not working properly(no matter whatis the wet leavesyou selected in the app the pad will not get wet).
