I love this Reedle Shot and the concept of liquid microneedling. It has brightened my skin and smoothen its texture. I bought this and the Medicube version to compare. I alternate every 3 days. The Medicube version has added active (depending on which one you bought), whereas the Reedle I bought has cica and hyaluronic acid. I use about 3 pumps to cover both face and neck after cleansing, tap it in then apply serum - tap, tap, tap, followed by moisturiser and sunblock. I have other serums that I use to improve hyperpigmentation and this extra pre-step seems to speed up its effect. As I still have lots of other serums, this particular cica Reedle shot is optimal as it does not overload or interact with other actives, so I can pretty much use whatever I want. There are also active Reedle shot versions, but have not tried that out yet. Read more

One of my favorite products. It helps my skin with moisture, pigmentation and calming. My skin looks great when I use it. Some consideration when I use this product: - I started on a low dose - tried the higher dose, but moved back to the lowest dose to be able to use it daily and because I have sensitive skin. - spot tested in case of an allergic reaction - I don't know if other people's skin can tolerate the product having been open more than 3 months, but my max seems to be 2-3 months before I have to toss it out and buy a new one. I can feel the product deterioration and it starts make my skin more irritated. - I have to carefully consider the other types of skincare products I use in conjunction with this one. I have sensitive skin and I can't use too many products with active ingredients that are more likely to irritate the skin such as salicylic acid, benzyl peroxide, etc. This is to prevent overwhelming my skin. First pic: after usage of two weeks Second pic: before (lip dryness due to extreme cold winds) I have mixture of oily and dry skin. Especially in the winter time my skin tends to get more dry therefore creating more oiliness. I also have very large pores, but after using this cream for 2 weeks, I can clearly see the difference in my skin. I start with this cream to penetrate my skin, after I will use a toner pad or toner (MIXSOON, MADAGASCAR CENTELLA, ROUNDLAB DOKDO) and leave the toner pad and for 10-15 minutes then top it off with a cream or serum. This is enough for my skin to retain moisture and be hydrated for the rest of the day. The “Korean beauty glow” and “inside glow” is definitely visible after a few times of using the products. Also, if you use any brightening serums and or products (tone brightening for acne scars etc) they work 10X better than without it. VT cosmetics has always been on top of skincare for a lower class/middle class economy and I was surprised with the quality of product, so I bought the 100 reedle shot and their Cica face pack to stack the Cica components. Let me start with I bought the lowest stage of 50. I had looked a lot into this product before bought it and your supposed to start out at the lower number then work yourself up. It does have a feeling of prickles on your skin but it doesn't hurt. In 2 days is my face is tighter softer and has a nice glow every morning. I also layered other skincare products with it. Update: it's been 2 months and I have forgotten I ever even had issues with my face. I'm 32, and I feel like at this age, you could have so many problems with your skin. Acne, wrinkles, texture, etc. Before finding this, I had gotten off birth control for 18 months and my face was horrid! I looked young again...young as in puberty with acne. On top of that, I had some acne spots (not scars), redness, texture, uneven, just dull skin. I had bought a high Frequency Wand, which does work, and all other kinds of gadgets, along with trying every kind of treatment and acids to figure it out. I just accepted it. When I bought this, I also purchased the notorious Medicube Booster Pro...long story short...I RETURNED it because all of my results were from the reedler (that's what I call it). GLOWING AND FLAWLESS! I use it 4-6 time a week at night after washing my face (Skin 1004 Centella Tea-Trica cleanser), then the reedler, followed by peptides (naturium, even thought they have some bad ingredients like phenoxyethanol/Peach & Lily/cosrx), retinol on my forehead/neck (Peach & Lily but looking for others), when it's the time of the month I may put the skinRX spot cream as spot treatment, I may add some other things sometimes (adore the Skin 1004 Centella EVERYTHING), then I follow with a moisturizer (Peach & Lily ultra plush/Peach & Lily peptide moisturizer/Skin 1004 hyalu-cica sleep mask/ and I tried to beekman Milk RX, but I'm not seeing any changes, so I alternate with what I've mentioned). On lazy nights I'll apply the reedler and my homemade natural infused oil and wake up glowing. One night serum that is beyond underrated is Undefined R&R Night Serum...that was the first night product that started it all...great ingredients, texture, and results. Back to the reedler, I gifted one to my brother and got my younger sister to buy one...I also bought another 100, 100 collagen, 300 and 700, but have only used the regular 100 so far. I can't speak enough on this product...it's a game changer. I got lots of compliments for thanksgiving (wish I got a commission lol) and I don't wear any make up so it was all glow. I am a research freak and by no means am I rolling in the dough, so finding affordable skincare that does its job is the goal. And this one is IT! Pain: first application it feels a little tingly and I got a little red, but now I don't feel anything and my skin eats it up. IMPORTANT NOTE* I do not have sensitive skin! I use 1 pump for my forehead, 1 for each side of my face, and one for my chin and neck. I've been using the same bottle since beginning of October and it's not even close to running out. Former review: When I got this I expected some pain, but I honestly barely feel anything...which is a relief but also surprising. I think anyone could use this dose. When I don't want to use my devices or I want to get ready for bed quicker, I use this. I simply wash my face, put this on, then continue with my normal routine and I wake up feeling good. My reason for 4 stars, is that I'm still waiting for a noticeable difference...I don't use it every night, I use it about twice a week, and I don't feel I should have to use it every night for results. Am I wrong? My skin is brighter than usual, it's a big bottle for the cost, it doesn't have any scent that I can notice, and it does help my other products absorb, which is what I was looking for. Overall, I will continue using it, and maybe try a week of using it every other day or every day (it just sucks that I can't use any of my devices when I apply this) and give an update when I do.
