So, i got this product because it seems Bare Performance Nutriton does not make "Intra Flight" anymore. So far, I am really enjoying this product, very mild taste but still there and easy to drink. It definitely keeps you going during hard cardio/lifting workouts although i think it is more aimed at a boost during cardio-intensive workouts like biking/running. My only complaint is that it tends to clump up when putting in a water bottle. I usually put a serving in a 32 oz. Nalgene water bottle and keep it in the fridge until morning (this is way more water than it recommends for a servingl/scoop, but a full Nalgene is easier for me to fill & go). Generally the clumps will settle, but I've found that it is better to fill a Nalgene about halfway, add the scoop, shake the bottle like your life depends on it, and then fill the rest of the way. Very mild complaint, but thought it would be useful to those like me who prep at night to hit the gym early in the morning. Read more
