Both Amazon and the company attempted to resolve the issue, but kept sending out the older model. After much back and forth with both parties I decided to keep the item. To those saying the case is heavy, it’s a convertible and the only time the keyboard is attached is when I need the keyboard or it’s packed away to take it somewhere. There’s no reason to carry it around for normal use and the iPad case that stays attached is quite thin and light.
