My wife and I ordered 2 of these while they were on sale. Out the door for $290.47 for the "wood grain" color. So far, we are SUPER impressed with them; arrived on time with no leaks or damage out of the box...I am guessing that the people here who voted 1/5 stars just got lemons or something because the quality of these things is superb. My only real complaints are pretty minor; the hand pump works awesome but it does take some effort to use. I am a relatively fit guy but after 5-10 minutes of pumping I was getting winded... Guess I need to gym a few more times a week haha. It also gets more difficult as you get closer to operating pressure. The other complaint would be the paddles themselves. So far, they have held up, but they do feel a bit chintzy, Which is part and parcel due to the fact that they are collapsible... hence, I am a bit skeptical of their longevity. Just to be clear, nothing has broken YET... but I do suspect we might have to buy some more robust paddles in the not so distant future. A few words of advice if you do end up buying one: The weight capacity is listed as 350 lbs. Which is far and above what most people need to comfortably paddle with two people onboard. That said, you CAN fill them up to 15 PSI, but we've found that figure to be pretty unnecessary (for context: I am 185 Lbs. and my wife is 110 Lbs.). We run ours at 10 PSI with no issue. The chambers fill up completely and are hard as a rock by that point. The reason why I'd advise against pumping all the way to that max PSI figure is that air expands when its warm. So if you pump all the way up to 15 PSI and take your paddle board out on a hot day you're effectively increasing the PSI of the chambers by some arbitrary number. Granted, the manufacturer has probably already taken this into consideration, but if 10 PSI is enough and it extends the life of your board, why take the risk, right? So yeah, 10/10 would buy again (but only if I could get the wood grain on sale... a $130.00 premium for a board wrapped in a different color of plastic is kind of whack). Read more
