Dies soll eine kleine, etwas ausführlichere Hilfestellung werden, für alle, die (genau wie ich) absolute Entscheidungsschwierigkeiten haben und sich vielleicht auch zum ersten Mal mit Earbuds auseinandersetzen. Aufmerksam wurde ich auf die Kopfhörer durch SwagTab. Die Soundcore Liberty 4NC wurden nicht nur dort sehr hochgelobt, sondern auch von anderen, namhaften Produkttestern. Zuvor nutzte ich über viele Jahre hinweg die Apfel EarPods. Um die Frage gleich vorweg zu nehmen: Ja, die Soundcore EarBuds sind nachweislich wesentlich innovativer und klangvoll, für mich persönlich, auch angenehmer. Das muss aber jeder für sich selbst und nach seinen eigenen Vorlieben entscheiden, ob es unter diesen Voraussetzungen wirklich der angeknabberte Apfel sein muss. Lieferung & Service: Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und zuverlässig. Den Service von Anker musste ich noch nicht nutzen. Allerdings hatte ich zuvor ein anderes Soundcore Modell gekauft und dann gesehen, dass die Liberty in einem guten Angebot (59€) erhältlich waren. Ich konnte die ersten Kopfhörer problemlos zurücksenden und bekam auch sofort das Geld rückerstattet. Das erste Modell habe ich nicht geöffnet, daher war es noch originalverpackt und verschweißt. Ich weiß also nicht, wie es ist, wenn man sie geöffnet und bereits genutzt hat. Hier scheint man jedoch generellt sehr kulant und kundenorientiert zu sein. Die positiven Rezensionen über den Kundenservice haben mich u. a. auch zur Kaufentscheidung bewegt. Da machen teure Markennamen nämlich gerne Probleme, mit denen ich mich nicht rumschlagen möchte. Verpackung: Sie sind sehr gut und transportsicher verpackt, eingeschweißt und auch versiegelt. Man erhält also wirklich absolut neue, unbenutzte Kopfhörer. Das ist ja manchmal mit retournierten Produkten so eine Sache, die dann unangekündigt wieder in Umlauf gebracht werden. Mir war es sehr wichtig, dass diese Kopfhörer nicht schon zuvor ein anderes, fremdes Ohr von innen gesehen haben. Farbe und Tragegefühl: Mir haben die Farben “hellblau” und “weiss” beide unglaublich gut gefallen. Letztendlich habe ich mich aber für neutrales Weiss mit einem schönen Silberton entschieden. Falls man doch mal Ersatz-Ohrstöpsel benötigt oder auch einfach auf Memory-Foam für ein besseres Sounderlebnis umsteigen möchte, ist es hier leichter die passende Farbe zu bekommen. Vielleicht ist das für einige ein kleines Kriterium. Die Kopfhörer sitzen fest im Ohr, bislang hatte ich weder bei Hausarbeiten, noch beim Laufen oder schlafen Probleme damit. Sie sitzen sehr gut, angenehm und fallen auch nicht heraus. Soundcore-App: Von der Soundcore App bin ich positiv überrascht. Die Kopfhörer haben standardmäßig bei Lieferung bereits einen sehr guten Klang, hier sind die individuellen Vorlieben aber noch einmal merklich einstellbar. Was ich gut finde ist, dass die App weder kostenpflichtig ist, noch eine Registrierung erzwungen wird. Es sind alle Funktionen freigeschaltet, ohne diese zusätzlich käuflich erwerben zu müssen. Das ist, erschreckenderweise, bei vielen teureren, namhaften Marken nämlich leider der Fall. Nicht nur, dass man dort zur Registrierung gezwungen wird, es funktionieren auch nicht alle Einstellungen für alle Betriebssysteme. Einige Firmen lassen sich die Freischaltung, neben dem teuren Anschaffungspreis, dann gerne noch einmal zusätzlich finanzieren. Bei den Soundcore Liberty 4 NC ist das nicht der Fall. Die App läuft auf jedem Betriebssystem mit vollem Funktionsumfang, kostenlos und sehr innovativ! Die App bietet neben den vielen Möglichkeiten der Soundeinstellung auch Funktionen, wie HeardID an. Die App spielt eine Art “Hör-/Klangtest” durch und schneidet das Hörprofil individuell auf den Hörer zu. Finde ich ganz interessant und funktioniert auch sehr gut. Was mir noch gefällt ist, dass die App testen kann, ob die Ohrstöpsel auch richtig im Ohr sitzen. So habe ich für mich die richtige Größe gefunden. Tolle, sehr gut durchdachte App mit vielen brauchbaren Funktionen. Dazu noch sehr übersichtlich und kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. Verbindung & Einrichtung: Die Verbindung ist unfassbar schnell aufgebaut. Man öffnet das Case und innerhalb von 2-3 Sekunden verbinden sich die Kopfhörer mit meinem Smartphone und meinem Laptop. Mittlerweile weiß ich die duale Verbindung mit zwei Geräten sehr zu schätzen. Die Einrichtung ging super einfach und schnell. Man öffnet das Case und die Kopfhörer werden direkt an den Geräten angezeigt. Wenn sie nicht sofort angezeigt werden, als kleiner Tipp: Stellt euer Smartphone auf “sichtbar”. Hier liegt meist der kleine Fehlerteufel begraben. Verbindung nur noch herstellen und mit dem Einrichten der App beginnen. Davor hatte ich echt ein bisschen Bammel, aber da kann ich wirklich alle beruhigen. Es ist sehr einfach und absolut selbsterklärend. Es stellt sich eigentlich fast von alleine ein. Die Reichweite von 10 m kommt ungefähr hin. Verbindungsabbrüche hatte ich bislang keine. Das funktioniert hier einwandfrei. Klang & Sound: Neben meinen Apple EarPods habe ich immer meine kabelgebundenen Sennheiser Over Ears benutzt. Der Klang der Soundcore kommt da natürlich nicht ran, so toll der Umfang dieser Kopfhörer auch ist, muss man da einfach ehrlich sein. Sennheiser Over Ears sind eine andere Liga. Allerdings muss ich auch so fair sein und sagen, dass man kabellose EarBuds absolut nicht mit kabelgebundenen Over Ears vergleichen kann. EarBuds holt man sich nun mal nicht für das allerbeste Sounderlebnis und dafür sind diese auch gar nicht gedacht. Hier werden auch Apfel, So.. oder Bo.. nicht mit guten, klassischen OverEars mithalten können. Ansonsten ist der Sound wunderbar klar, er hat einen guten Bass, den man mit der App sogar nochmal verstärken oder ihn auch einfach rausnehmen kann und diese kleinen EarBuds sind phenomenal laut. So laut werde ich sie niemals aufdrehen. Für unterwegs, beim Hausputz, Podcast und Hörspiele wirklich absolut perfekt geeignet. Transparenz-Modus & Geräuschunterdrückung: Von dem Transparenz-Modus bin ich echt positiv überrascht. Es gibt Situationen, wo ich gerne meine Umgebung wahrnehmen, aber trotzdem in Ruhe einen Podcast hören möchte. Das ist zum Beispiel nachts der Fall, wenn mein Mann und ich schlafen gehen. Er schläft relativ schnell ein, ich leider nicht. Dann mache ich mir einen Podcast über die Kopfhörer an und er kann friedlich weiterschlafen. Meine Umgebung in der Nacht aber nicht mehr wahrnehmen und hören zu können, ist ein Problem für mich. Das macht mich nervös und unruhig. In diesen Momenten schalte ich den Transparenz-Modus ein und höre sein Schnarchen und das Rascheln der Bettwäsche wieder sehr gut, aber trotzdem ohne den Podcast negativ zu beeinflussen. Es ist echt unglaublich, was diese kleinen Dinger können! Man vernimmt, wie viele hier schon beschrieben haben, leider ein leichtes Rauschen in diesem Modus. Dieses wird aber sehr leise und kaum wahrnehmbar, sobald man einen Song startet. Man gewöhnt sich schnell dran und besonders störend empfinde ich es nicht. Die Geräuschunterdrückung funktioniert ebenfalls hervorragend. Viele Käufer sind an dieser Stelle etwas enttäuscht, weil sie sich unter 98,5% Noice Cancelling wahrscheinlich sowas wie massiven Baustellen Gehörschutz vorgestellt haben, der keinerlei Außengeräusche mehr durchdringen lässt. Das ist in dieser Form natürlich nicht der Fall und auch gar nicht der Sinn hinter Noice Cancelling. Man wird nicht direkt taub, nur weil man die Kopfhörer einsetzt. Umgebungsgeräusche wie Haushaltsgeräte, Küchengeräte, laute Menschenmengen, Ventilatoren, usw. sind immer noch hörbar, allerdings unterdrückt, so dass man seine Musik in gleichbleibender Lautstärke weiterhin genießen kann, ohne sie ohrenbetäubend aufdrehen zu müssen. Getestet habe ich das beim Staubsaugen und Mixen von Kuchenteig. Geräuschunterdrückung an und der Podcast war trotz gleichbleibender Lautstärke deutlich und mit sehr gutem Klang zu hören, während Sauger und Mixer im Hintergrund verschwanden. Also absolut genial. Das Einzige, was mich ein bisschen stört ist, dass es manchmal bei gesprochenen Stimmen in diesem Modus etwas “schallt”, als wäre der Gesprächspartner, die Musik oder Stimmen des Podcast plötzlich in einer großen Halle. Es ist aber nicht immer und auch nicht durchgehend so. Das werde ich weiterhin beobachten und gegebenenfalls nochmal berichten. Weitere Funktionen: Ich liebe die Touch-Funktion und bin absolut glücklich damit, endlich EarBuds gefunden zu haben, für die ich nicht mehr ständig das Smartphone in die Hand nehmen muss. Man kann das Touchfeld manuell belegen. Mir war es sehr wichtig, dass ich an den Kopfhörern selbst die Lautstärke regulieren, aber Lieder auch pausieren und fortsetzen kann. Zusätzlich kann ich über die Kopfhörer durch die Playliste seppen. Auch ANC, Transparenz- und Normal-Modi, sowie Sprachassistent lassen sich über die Kopfhörer navigieren und nutzen. Es gibt nichts Nervigeres, als für kleine Einstellungen immer wieder zum Handy greifen zu müssen, auch hier hat Anker das Problem erkannt und innovativ gelöst. Die Touch-Funktion reagiert nur auf Berührungen mit Fingern, weshalb man sich problemlos auf's Kissen schmeißen, eine Mütze oder Stirnband tragen kann. Dabei wird nichts verstellt, weshalb ich an dieser Stelle auch unbedingt eine Touch-Funktion und keine Knöpfe haben wollte. Akku-Leistung: Ich kam noch nicht dazu, die Akku-Leistung wirklich komplett auszureizen. Sie ist einfach enorm. Ich höre täglich mehrfach (auch nachts) Musik, Podcasts und Hörspiele. Bislang hatten sie dafür immer ausreichend Power, ohne dass ich irgendetwas unterbrechen musste. Im Case laden sie sich innerhalb von Minuten wieder auf, das ist sehr beeindruckend. Das Case selbst lade ich nur 1-2x die Woche auf. Hierfür nutze ich eine induktive Ladestation und muss ehrlich zugeben, dass ich mittlerweile für das kabellose Laden sehr, sehr dankbar bin. Anfänglich war das kein Kaufkriterium für mich, weil es mir als unwichtig erschien. Nun ist es aber so, dass wir mittlerweile 4 Smartphones besitzen, Uhren, Tablets, Kopfhörer, Fräser, Lampen, etc. die alle ständig geladen werden müssen und das teilweise mit verschiedenen Kabeln und Netzteilen. Sämtliche Steckdosen waren andauernd belegt und täglich musste ich mehrmals umstecken und Netzteile, so wie Kabel wechseln. Nun habe ich mir eine induktive Ladestation für mehrere Geräte besorgt. Handys, Uhren und Kopfhörer drauflegen und fertig. Es ist doch eine enorme Erleichterung im Alltag und auch hier hat Soundcore durch die induktive Lademöglichkeit die Nase wieder weit vorne. Telefonie: Ich konnte meine Gesprächspartner sehr gut, klar und deutlich verstehen. Diese mich genau so. Nebengeräusche kommen bei dem Gesprächspartner viel unterdrückter an, als über das Smartphone. Kein lautes Geklappere, Rauschen oder Windböen im Hintergrund mehr. Endlich kann ich den Haushalt nebenbei schmeißen, auch wenn meine Mutter wieder 3 Stunden lang anruft. Die Verbindung bleibt die ganze Zeit konstant, keine Verbindungsabbrüche… was manchmal auch ein Fluch sein kann, denn nun werden die Telefonate seeehr lang. Ich bin wirklich absolut begeistert, denn diese Kopfhörer vereinen alles, was man sich von EarBuds nur wünschen kann. Wer jetzt nicht unbedingt absolut professionell Musik hören muss und mit gehobenerem Standart auch völlig zufrieden ist (was wohl den meisten von uns so gehen wird), der wird mit diesen Kopfhörern sehr glücklich werden. Für dieses Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis wird man nichts Gleichwertiges oder gar Besseres finden. Hier können sogar teurere Marken teilweise einpacken. Wenn man jetzt aber ein eigenes Studio oder Musikzimmer mit professioneller Soundbar und Hightech-Musikanlage besitzt, sollte man doch nochmal weitersuchen, aber da sind EarBuds wohl auch allgemein nicht die richtige Wahl. Ich kann die Kopfhörer wirklich sehr empfehlen, denn der normale Käufer wird im Alltag vermutlich keine großartigen Unterschiede zu wesentlich teureren Produkten wahrnehmen. Ich liebe sie und hoffe noch viele Jahre damit glücklich zu bleiben. EDIT: Einige KäuferInnen fanden es schade, dass sie keine Prozentzahlen des Akkustandes sehen können. Ich weiß nicht, ob es bei jeden Gerät funktioniert, aber in der Benachrichtigungszeile wird mir der Akkustand von Kopfhörern und Case in Prozent angezeigt. Vielleicht hilft das ja jemandem weiter. Ich fasse mich kurz, nach Umwegen über angebliche Flagship InEars von Sennheiser, LG, Sony und anderen, bin ich bei diesem Modell hängen geblieben. Die InEars sind ohne wenn und aber top! Ich habe zwischenzeitlich drei Stück davon, zwei in weiß, einen in schwarz. Die weißen sehen sehr edel aus, die schwarzen sind eher unauffällig. Der Klang ist super. Das ANC funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Der Akku hält ordentlich lange. Die Konnectivität lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Case ist sehr klein und handlich. Selbst unter der Dusche gibt es keine Probleme mit diesen InEars, wobei ich natürlich das Wasser nicht direkt und minutenlang darüber laufen lasse. Kein anderer InEar konte mich bisher derart überzeugen, auch nicht, wenn diese mehr als dreimal so teuer waren. Ein Sennheiser fällt auseinander. Bei einem LG löst sich die Klebung. Bei einem unbequemen Sony Flagschiff funktioniert nach ein paar Wochen der Akku des linken InEar nicht mehr richtig, sodass er nach nur 10 min (!) ausfällt. Mit Sicherheit klingt der ein oder andere InEar noch ein Haus besser aber ehrlich gesagt, liegt bei diesen Soundcore InEara hier die Messlatte schon sehr, sehr hoch. Mein Tipp ist daher, kaufen und bei Nichtgefallen zurück schicken. Das Invest ist überschaubar und meiner Meinung nach, wird niemand diese InEars zurück schicken, es sei denn er hat audiophile Ansprüche. Dann ist aber ein Bluetooth InEar ohnehin nur die zweite Wahl. Neben diesen InEar nutze ich Kopfhörerverstärker und Kopfhörer für insgesamt ca. 2Tsd Euro. Ich weiß also wovon ich Rede. Read more

After a lot of research trying to find the best anc without having to spend hundreds of dollars, these are the ones I picked and I'm quite happy with them. I specifically wanted ones that blocked speech, but alas, that apparently isn't what anc if for... in a YouTube video comparing the anc of many including bose, this made it in the top 10, and I noticed it was one of the only two that made speech quieter, so I went with these. Pros: Connects to phone/computer immediately. Excellent sound. Really good anc (almost completely muted car sounds while in the car). Very quick charge (in minutes). Very long battery life (Lasts the whole day). I dropped a bud in a cup of soapy water and it was completely fine. Pretty colors lol. Cons: Keeps switching out of anc mode randomly (hopefully they use my suggestion for the next update of locking the mode). Anc works fantastic if it's in your ears perfectly... but it is very difficult to keep it in the perfect spot. Doesn't stay in ears at all with the ear tips it comes with (I recommend spinfit cp100, makes it a lot more comfortable too). Basically the only actual issue is fit/falling out, which is greatly improved (though not solved) with different tips. Read more

The sound quality is top-notch, which is the most important thing when it comes to an earbud review. I've included the rest of the awesome stuff below, but I wanted to highlight a small drawback that takes nothing from the overall experience but should be highlighted: the case size. It's huge; it fits in my pocket but is way bigger than I expected. Now for the awesome stuff again: 1- Sound quality and noise cancelling are great, with various EQ options and a customized HearID profile, which is done based on a test and your hearing preferences. 2- The fit is great. I didn't try running or exercising while wearing them, but while working, they always stay in place, Also, they have various tips for different ear shapes. 3- Battery life is ridiculously great. I barely recharge the,m and they're always full. 4- Seamless 2 device connection: I connect it to my Android phone and my Apple Macbook, and it automatically switches between both, whichever is playing sound. 5- The App, where you can change absolutely anything. It is so advanced and so user-friendly that I customised what each side touch gesture does. 6- Maybe people don't care about this but you can completely turn-off the ANC, you also have transparent and voice mode, but I really love turning it off sometimes, it's more comfortable to me than transparent mode when I'm not playing anything (in the app it's called "Norma" mode). Things to note: 1-I turned off the Auto Play/Pause, Sound leak compensation, and 3D surround sound as they all, while high tech they didn't work well to me, specially the 3D sound felt like echoey sometimes. I’ve been a big fan of soundcore for a while having a mix of their earbuds and headphones. For $100, you get much better features than many other more expensive earbuds on the market right now; amazing battery life (up to 7-8 hrs with noise-cancelling enabled from my experience), fast charging, a comfortable fit to wear for hours and doesn’t fall out (comes with swappable ear tips for bigger/small ears), customizable audio equalizers with several different slots, dual connectivity between devices, 3D surround audio, easy to navigate app and button customization for the earbuds, and of course, the phenomenal noise cancelling. I work in a warehouse environment and with just a single earbud is enough to muffle most of the sound. With both earbuds, it blocks nearly all sound without having any audio playing. Great if enjoy music at low volumes and especially at high volumes without having any outside interruptions. My only negative about these earbuds is the audio pass-through isn’t as clear as other earbuds like the Airpod Pro 2s, but is fine if you have the earbuds at a low volume. Overall, if you’re in the market for great noise-cancelling earbuds without breaking the bank, these by far are your best choice! Read more

I was sceptical because the seal was actually reapplied by the seller. Not to find that the product wouldn’t work but tbh used products which we have to put onto ourselves should be hygienic. But the content inside seemed to be intact and as new. The extra ear buds especially were in mint condition, since the seal for the buds within weren’t removed. So I felt reassured. The earbuds built quality overall is very good; sound quality is also impressive with a well balanced sound signature with clear highs and minds, and non tinny lows. I wouldn’t say it has a neutral sound profile but it’s well balanced and really enjoyable. I use it with my IPhone 14 and there doesn’t seem to be any issues with the connection or quality. The ambient sound is the another impressive attribute which lets a very natural sound into the ears wild walking or jogging. The sound is no different than not having it on and listening to the street noises with your bare ears. Noise cancellation is also admirable. The app is really handy. Overall, I really like it since the sound quality seems close to my Sony WH 1000 m3 headphones for an inear earbuds (on wireless connection). Read more

I decided to buy these True Wireless earbuds as a replacement to my Airpods Pro that I accidentally left my in my home country before flying back to North America. I absolutely love ANKER products, but coming from an Airpods Pro, I didn't expect much from this product when I first bought it. so my review here will mostly be related to quality of life usage and not so much on the audio aspect Battery Life: Absolutely fantastic, over 4-5 hours of straight use before you get that beeping low battery that indicates you only have 15-20 minutes left. Then you would only have to recharge them in a case for 15-20 minutes before you can use them again for another 1-2 hours. so the claim they're making on this product is very legit Charging case: I've never fully drained the battery of the charging case as I consistently charge them every night but it doesn't take that long to fully charge the case either. maybe 1-2 hours max? Case durability: i've dropped these bad boys a couple times before on multiple hard surfaces over the last 7 months and they seem to be holding up really well with no scratches or permanent damage Case size: coming from an airpods pro, these look significantly bulkier (1.5 times bigger) but rest assured they are still very pocketable. Touch control: the touch control on this thing is easy to use, very easy to get used to and very reliable even when you have wet hands. the tap and/or hold function on these earbuds can be tweaked on the app settings. Eartips/Earbuds: the one thing i dont like about this product is the provided eartips adhesiveness to the earbuds. for reference, i use the smallest eartip in the box. they are standard eartips but they do get easily detached from the earbuds and sometimes they stick in your ears when you try to remove your earbuds. please keep in mind that i come from airpods pro where the eartips suction to the earbuds are very top notch when installed and is almost impossible to be accidentally detached from the earbud. Noise canceling: let's just say that if an Airpods Pro cancel out 99% of the noise from a very chatty and loud environment (like a gym during peak hours), then this product cancels out maybe 94-95%. it works really well to block out most of the noise in a loud environment, but you can still hear minor inaudible noise in the background whereas the sony WF1000XM5 or Airpods Pro completely shuts out the noise. Ambient sound: this works pretty well most of the time for a $129 headphones for you to activate to speak to someone without taking off your earbuds. Media/Audio pause when removing earbuds: this earbud has the same feature as most high end earbuds where if you remove one earbuds while watching or listening to something, it will automatically pause the media currently being playing before hit play again on the other earbuds. however, they are not as efficient as high end Sony or Apple NC earbuds. what I mean by this is that an Airpods Pro would immediately detect that you've removed one earbud and would automatically pause the media, where as the Anker Liberty 4 NC would have a 3-4 second latency delay before it notices that you've removed one earbud.still an amazing feature for the price tag. waterproof: I tried once or twice to shower with these on just to see if they would hold up and they did really well with no issue whatsoever. but i don't recommend not to shower with these on all the time. your disgusting ears also needs to be cleaned on a daily basis Audio Quality: I am just a regular peasant who enjoys listening to audiobook and music while working out, I am not going to pretend here to tell you the mids are good, the low and highs are good when i dont even know what that all really means in the first place. all i know is that the bass is decent and i've never had to complain about song i've listened to not being punchy enough because of these earbuds. you will never have that problem as long as you're not audiophile (most of us aren't) Sound Core app: i dont know how to use an equalizer but the presets they have is good enough for me to tune up my earbuds based on what i'm currently listening to Overall: giving this product an absolute 5 stars for the Price/Value for money. definitely get it if you're looking a for an affordable noise canceling earbuds. if anything, ANKER also has 18 months of warranty Read more

Fell in love with Anker Soundcore products 2 years ago when I got the Q35’s. Best sound quality you can find and it’s affordable. I got the X20’s for working out and I wanted some basic earbuds I can wear comfortably under a stocking cap while on the go so I got these (Liberty 4 NC). They’re perfect. Something to keep in mind is get the app when you buy these. The app is excellent at providing so many options for listening to suit your preferences. I did the hearID test 3x before I got the sweet spot, but they’re perfect now. Noise cancelling is great. Transparency mode is good enough. I’m pretty deaf in general and can hear ppl talking to me when in transparency mode. Though the X20’s are way better for transparency mode. Phone speech quality is excellent when in a quiet space. When the noise cancelling is activated for busy areas, it’s muffled, but at least it drowns out the background noise. Just make sure the volume is all the way up on calls for best performance. Overall, I give these 9/10. Transparency could be better, microphone in a noisy area could be better, BUT those are very minor 2 cons to about 50 pros including the excellent price, sound quality, features, and comfort. I’ve gotten Anker battery packs, phone charger cables, charging stations, you name it and they have all been excellent. I promise I don’t work for them. I am very disappointed with this product. The earbuds have several issues: There's a constant disturbing noise even when no audio is playing. The volume randomly increases on its own. They frequently lose synchronization, making them unreliable. The left earbud stops working intermittently. The audio quality is mid-range, and noise cancellation could be better. The case build quality needs improvement as well. At this price point, I expected much better performance and durability. Maybe I received a defective product, as I've seen many good reviews, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. I've gone through several pairs of cheap and mid-price ear buds (< $100). Three I like are the earfun pro 3, 1more comfobuds pro, and now the Anker Liberty 4NC. Overall the Ankers win hands down. I think they have the best sound and by far the best wind resistance. After you load up their app and connect to the buds it gives you a hearing test to give a base level of response, then gives a bunch of A-B comparisons to a piece of music asking which one you prefer as it tweaks the response curve. I think the end result is great, but I'm no audiophile and am 65, so take that for what it is worth. The other two are good, too (I rate the 1more buds above the earfun's, but I like them all). I got the 1mores first, and if I were only going by sound quality I'd have stopped there (glad I didn't, but I didn't know that at the time!). I usually listen to them when I ride my bike on a local rails-to-trails path. The downfall of the 1mores is that there is a lot of wind noise that comes through. Noise cancelling overall is good, but not for wind. So I saw the earfuns on sale, so tried them. Much better wind noise reduction, but still more than I'd like. Finally I saw these and bought a pair on their launch. As I mentioned above the sound is great, and the wind noise reduction is very, very good. I hear a little from time to time, but most of the time I feel the wind on my face but can only hear it if I am really looking for it. They have a lot of modes you can set it too, but the one that works the best for me against wind is manual mode, maximum (level 5) noise cancelling with wind reduction on. They remember their settings no problem after you take them out of their case. The earfuns seemed to turn off sometimes (go back to non-cancelling mode). The worst thing about that in the earfun case is that in order to connect to the buds with their app you MUST have an internet connection. This was a problem on my last flight as you might imagine. The 1mores were great on the flight -- and no issues about connecting to the app in flight. It was a transatlantic flight and they ran out of juice so I switched to the earfuns for a while so they could get enough charge back into them. With the 1mores the engine noise and other extraneous airplane sounds were almost gone and I enjoyed my music. I have not flown with the Anker's yet. Hopefully they will do as well as the 1more's there (but I'll have the 1more's along just in case!). Supposedly the battery lasts longer in the Anker's, but only ride for about 3 hours at a time so I have not tested that. One final GREAT thing about the Ankers vs the others I've tried is that you can disable the on-bud controls. I always have my phone on my bike, so if I need to change modes I can do so. Since I found settings I like I don't need to anyway.... In the app you can select what every combination of taps does individually. And every combination has a do nothing setting. You'll still get a beep if you trigger the setting while inserting or wiggling the bud around, but it has no effect. Just what I want. If I want to skip a song my phone is right there, usually with the app up that is playing said songs. Sometimes I start hearing wind, and that just means the buds have slipped a bit. A quick twist or wiggle and the wind is gone. They've never fallen out, but I'm riding a recumbent so I'm just sitting in a lawn chair while I pedal. I use these only for listening to music. My wife called me when I was out while using the earfuns and she said I sounded fine. I have not used these so far to talk on the phone while I ride so I cannot speak to that. Read more

I thought I had great ear buds... Then I got these. My last several pairs have all been JBL, and I was always happy with them. I had models ranging from $79-180 in different styles. I went looking at new buds when my latest pair started skipping and losing connectivity. The color of these caught my eye, the style was very similar to my existing pair, and the reviews were good, so I went for it. I'm an avid music lover with an active lifestyle, so sound, fit, comfort, charging/battery life, and connectivity are all important to me. TRUE NOISE CANCELLING: I popped these in to do the setup, and was floored when I could suddenly no longer hear the TV. At. All. There are 4 sizes of ear tips included, and once you get the right ones, the rest of the world literally fades away. A quick tap on the controls or the app lets outside sound come through, and there is additional wind noise reduction through the app--great for being active outdoors. SERIOUS SOUND QUALITY: I thought my JBLs were good, and they are, but these blow the doors off my previous (slightly more expensive) buds. The bass thumps, vocals are clear, and I can hear subtle nuances in my music that I never even noticed with my old ones. The hearing test on the app maximizes the sound based on your personal hearing, which changes with age starting in our teens. FUNCTIONAL, CUSTOMIZABLE CONTROLS: Controls on each bud can be customized through the app, and they're perfectly responsive without being so sensitive or clumsy that you end up skipping your favorite song or accessing your voice assistant just trying to adjust the buds in your ear. SECURE, COMFORTABLE FIT: These don't have the little flange to keep them in place, which i really appreciated from some of my JBLs, but with the right size tip the fit is comfy and secure. I got through a full weight training workout and 6 mile walk with no fallout and no adjustments. Naturally if you're doing high impact or intensity, ymmv there. So far for me they've been snug and stress-free. ATTRACTIVE: The color is beautiful, the case is cute and compact. The only thing that would be better is if they sold a protective cover for the case just to keep it pristine. Meanwhile the buds drop in easily, and wireless charging is fast and easy. Battery life is more than adequate so far. HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I bought these with my own money and this review isn't incentivised in any way. These are just really awesome ear buds. I already ordered the white ones as a backup, because I never want to be without them. My other buds sound tinny and flat now by comparison. If you're looking for ANC and great sound with a comfortable fit and wireless charging, these are an incredible value and comparable to $300-400 brands that I've tried and then refused to splurge on. After testing the product out for a couple of days, I am in love. These fit comfortably in the ear, although they may slip out when it gets a bit dirty or when you bend down. The earbuds however have very strong magnets and won't fall out when falling. The case is a bit chunky, but I did not mind as it still fits in my pocket. I love the opening mechanism of the case, it's fun to fidget with. Moving on to the sound quality, I was surprised at how good it was. The hear ID equalizer makes a great difference, and the sound is very adjustable to your liking. The call quality is definitely an improvement from my previous earbuds, and I can easily talk in windy weather and noisy environments for the recipient to understand me. What was a deal breaker to me was the noise canceling function during wind, as I live in a pretty windy area. You have to turn on the wind canceling on, but only once. You can barely hear the wind. I've heard complaints about the transparency mode, which I agree is not so great but also not needed to be honest. Extra details include: - audio automatically stops when you take off one ear, which takes a bit like 3 seconds - battery is amazing, I used it for a day and it has only gone down by 10% - noise canceling amazing, can't hear surrounding conversations around me when audio turned on - touch function is a bit sensitive, and double/triple tapping is a bit inconvenient as it often does not pick up as separate commands. These are very good true wireless earbuds. Not merely for the price, but flat out very good. The sound quality is very good indeed - it tends to be a bit bassy, but overall the resolution is great. There are so many tuning options available, but I find the Hear ID test ended up giving the best results. LDAC is available for really high res sound (at a significant cost to battery life) but even with MP3's recorded at a modest bitrate, these earbuds deliver. The ANC works well, maybe not the best I've tried but definitely serviceable. The passthrough mode is super useful too, though things sound a bit "tinny" compared to more expensive earbuds. I didn't try the spatial audio feature yet The case is nice, if a bit flimsy feeling. The earbuds pop in with a nice magnetic action and there are LEDs to indicate they are in correctly and charging. Charging isn't super quick but is adequate The battery life is stellar. The buds can easily go an entire night without needing a top up in the case. I slept with them in, waking up 8.5 hours later and they were still playing the sound of rain and thunder for me. Absolutely fantastic endurance for the buds and several recharges from the case make battery life a huge win The buds themselves are a standard stem type, but are very comfy. The package comes with several different size tips to try and the app has a fit test to ensure the seal in your ear is good. The controls are useful, and configurable in the app, but are limited to taps and seemed overly sensitive to me under certain circumstances. Still, useful to have and very convenient. The microphones deliver okay sound for calls, but are probably one of the weakest links in this product. So overall? Blown away by these. Much better than the price led me to believe. For the average person who is not a huge audiophile, I suspect these would make one of the best choice available for day to day listening of music and other audio content, especially on the go (owing to the good ANC and amazing battery life). Good packaging and the case is pretty good too. Pairing was very easy, both using the App and using manual pairing by opening the charging case and holding the button down for about three seconds. But how do they sound? Very good sound optimisation and very good to great sounding codecs. By default they are bass heavy. So seriously spend a few minutes in the app and tweak them, you will enjoy them even more. Switches between two devices (Android 13 Phone and Chromebook) both went very well. Battery life was about 7 hours with ANC and the highest quality codec on and it was very good but not exceptional at reducing noise. Pass-through mode has a tinniness trade off that is very common at even higher price points. Lots of choices for various ear sizes ensure a great fit. Software on Android was very good and I was easily able to tame the bass to what I like with their optimisation step which you can then tweak. You also can reassign the gestures to get what you want. Don't have time? The presets are very capable of getting you started listening to various genres or podcasts. The firmware update process was a great experience too. I wish the IPX4 rating (which means they are splash proof) was a bit higher and that I had snagged another pair when they were on sale. Highly recommended when on sale. These are solid earbuds, period, and I couldn't ask for better at this price. - Sound quality: crystal clear and nicely balanced. Bass is present but not excessive at all. Well suited to a huge range of genres without perpetually tweaking the EQ. - Comfort: no problem wearing them for hours. I even wore them for most of a 13-hour flight with no significant discomfort. Of course comfort is highly personal, so take that with a grain of salt. - Call quality: no complaints. Excellent across the board; exceeded all my expectations. Sound quality is exceptional even when compared with household brand names that are far more expensive. Design is both sleek and beautiful, and battery life is amazing for the quality you get. The features in the companion app are amazing (dual pairing mode, customized sound experience and so on). I purchased these earbuds just a few days ago. The sound quality is very good with good noise cancellation and transparency modes and low latency. Music has good bass and good clarity. However, the touch controls did not work properly on multiple occasions. I had the touch control settings set as follows: - Single Press: Play/Pause for both earbuds. - Double Press: Volume Down for left earbud and Volume Up for right earbud. - Triple Press: Previous for left earbud and Next for right earbud. - Long Press: Voice Assistance for left earbud and Ambient Mode for right earbud. The above settings did not work at least 30% of the time which is very disappointing as I had high hopes for quality in the Anker Soundcore brand especially in the Liberty series. I received a firmware update right after setting up the earbuds (before I started using the earbuds) and I went ahead and installed the new update. Not sure if the new firmware is the issue. I even did a factory reset twice by long pressing the button on the case while the case was open and earbuds placed inside. I forgot and reconnected the buds to all my devices again but the issue doesn't seem to be fixed. I really hope Soundcore releases another firmware update to fix these issues as soon as possible. Another observation I noticed was the LDAC high quality audio codec gets automatically disabled if you are using the Multi connection option to connect both your phone and laptop. Read more

Not much to say. Bought it based on reviews on YouTube and google. Delivers excellent bass, ANC works as intended and battery life is respectable I get about 5 hours of non stop music with ANC at full. Software support is pretty decent too. The Apple connect sometimes other times it just wouldn’t connect the headphones still worked fine just couldn’t control them from the app. That ended up becoming a dealbreaker and I have to return them, very reluctantly return them.
