My phone’s battery health is in the low 80s, and my will drop down to 50% or 40% remaining by the time I get home from work. I use this power bank to charge it while I’m sitting at the counter eating while watching a video, or while I’m playing a game in my recliner and not near an outlet. I’d rather not run a long cord from the wall to my chair so I use this power bank to charge my phone while I game, and I also use it to charge my controller. It’s been so useful. So far I’ve been using it for all of last week and it lasted the whole 7 days without needing a recharge. When it does need a recharge, it doesn’t take long at all. Normally it’ll take about 2hrs, but in the app you can set it to take longer to charge, to optimize its life, and that takes about 3 or 4hrs from 0 to 100. The screen tells you how much current is being put into the device and how much is being output, and the app tells you the same as well. I like this a lot more than I thought I would. It really shines when paired with the base station. I feel like the base station should have been included though. I noticed there was a bundle for the 20,000mah version and the base station, but not for the highest capacity 27,000mah. Would have been nice and a bit cheaper. Buying both together is expensive, but for a high quality power bank and the convenience of wireless dock charging and fast input and output, it’s really nice. My only complaint, if any, is lack of wireless charging built in for phones. This thing is the size of a brick and certainly weighs as much, why couldn’t they put a wireless charging spot below the screen mid way or something? Or on the back? A lot of devices are moving to wireless charging, for Anker’s most premium power bank, I feel like that should have been built into it. It’s not like it’s lacking the room for it. But I can get by with my MagSafe cord, it’s just a minor complaint if I had any at all. Oh, and the screen doesn’t rotate like the older model did. One thing I noticed is I can’t use the power bank while it is docked. I’m sure there’s a safety reason for that, but I’ve had one other power bank from another company that worked while it was charging. So it could charge a device such as a phone, while also receiving energy to charge the power bank itself. That power bank recently stopped working though. Still works, but the capacity has really gone down for only being 2yrs old. Maybe that’s why we can’t do that with Anker’s power bank? Idk, I just feel like it’s possible to do but maybe it has an effect on the longevity of the power bank. It’s not a big deal, the base has the same 3 usb ports on its side as the power bank has on top, but it was something I tried to do and noticed it wouldn’t work so I wanted to point that out. I originally purchased the Anker Prime Power Bank with the charging dock, but unfortunately, the first unit arrived at 0% charge and couldn’t be recharged. I returned it and got this replacement without the dock, and I’m happy to report it works flawlessly. The power bank arrived with 75% battery charge and has been performing as expected ever since. I haven't expected much but this is sleek, light and fast charging.I was only able to use 20% of its power through out the night with my gadgets (ipads and cellphones) and lights.I use this main for backup when I have no access to solar power at night and when I charge it with Anker solar setup, I was able to fully charge the 20% I used the night in a very short while.

I purchased it for my Surface Laptop Studio. It works but didn't give 140 or more watts. I think the charging device determines how much it needs.When I charged Samsung S22 Ultra, it shows super-fast charging. I was happy with that message.It is recommended purchasing a powerful adapter charger such as UGREEN 240W (300 AED). That is an incredible charger and could fully charge this unit in 1 hour and 20 minutes using USB-C cables.I like the dashboard screen that shows a lot of information.It is not heavy as expected and comes with nice handy bag.

I tried 8–10 power banks with mix of brands but not getting perfect solution. Saw this and realized this is ultimate solution but expensive and very expensive!!! Decided to buy and its really a good product. 28k. 2 pd. Lots of display info. Anker is anker.
