Been using this product for a very long time and never had one smell or taste as bad as this one. And this is my favourite flavour. Poor customer service. Product been returned. No refund offered. Opened dispute with Amazon. Read more

I’ve ordered this product many times over the years It is more expensive than other brands but I bought it because it taste great and it mixes really well. This latest batch did not meet the standard of previous ones at all, taste was awful and bland and did not mix unless done so with a fast electric mixer I’m still trying to see if I can get a refund or replacement, but I’ve been unable to do so, as it says it’s eligible for exchange - not happy Read more
