Sizing is normal. I love the heel it makes them sooo much for comfortable then the normal crocs, trust me i have both kinds. I had/(have?) bone spurs on bottom of both my feet and since i’ve been wearing these to work everyday i don't even feel them anymore, which is AMAZING!! I love these crocs, and I was never really a croc person I thought they were hideous. These are now my second pair.
