This is a great set of dies. With a total of 33 pieces, there are a myriad of ways to make the small gift boxes fit your needs. If you know how to make a simple box bottom, you can even make deeper boxes that use the same lids, square or rectangular. At first inspection, I thought the score lines would be a little too light to fold and burnish neatly but they work just fine and don't leave visible score marks behind. If you want to create windows in the boxes, consider using cut pieces of clear page protector or transparency film, if you have them. Finished sizes of the boxes: Rectangular: 4"x 2-1/2"x 7/8" Square: 2-1/2"x 2-1/2"x 7/8" I would definitely recommend buying this die set if you enjoy papercrafting small gift/favor boxes. These are nice dies for making boxes. My only issue was weird dimensions in 8ths and 16ths measurements. Hard to figure out measurements to make the lid or base you need to have to complete project. Quality is good. Not a fan of having to use heavy duty cutters to snip the parts apart though. This nibs left from separating them Leaves marks on your project. Still, value for what you get is unbeatable. No star deductions for these little issues. Read more
