I had been told that this was a solid cutter for model work, but had been on the fence until recently. I took the plunge and bought one, and while I will not be getting rid of my old double blade type cutter, this replaces it for all but the most brute force work or over sized pieces. I have been use to having to force the old cutter through materiel, but this just easily slipped through plastic with almost negligible effort. The cuts are very clean, without the stress, bulge, or pucker scars i am used to from my old cutter, making finishing and clean up so much easier. The cutters came with a microfiber cloth to clean them, a cover to protect them, and a magnetized box to store them that also holds the instructions. Do take the time to look them over as it will improve the level of precision you will get when cutting. Ruitool sent me an email, thanking me for the purchase and giving more advice, a little thing, and likely automated, however, in this day and age that is a big bit of customer service that has fallen to the wayside. When i received it i was happy and eager to open but i have work and decided to open it on my off day.
