I cannot fault the seller on the prompt delivery of the item. My problem is that the item is incomplete. All of the electrical components are missing, meaning none of the battery operated features work, so no music or lights etc. There is literally nothing in the battery compartments to connect the batteries at all. There are also a few other small parts missing from inside the van that would normally be included. Pretty upsetting given the price as the item is not really as described as it doesn’t have all of its functionality. My daughter hasn’t said anything but I can tell she is a bit disappointed as it was her main birthday present. Read more
