Received this free with the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and I can see why. It's a very lightweight, quick, long-life machine, aimed for on the go work rather than desktop activities. The keyboard layout is a nice size, with a responsive touch pad (on the small side but it works well). The screen is not the best, the viewing angle is limited so not optimal for multiple people to view. The Chromebook can go to a 180 degree angle, but you still have the viewing angle issue. It's also not touch screen, which is a shame as the screen is a good size for it. The audio is not the best - the speakers are underneath so the audio is muffled when placed on a surface. It can be quite quiet even on max volume, but this isn't an entertainment device so it makes sense. Surprisingly it can run some games - Minecraft was included for free and it ran quite well. The device is very fast at loading apps too and feels responsive. This is a good machine for portability and for taking notes on something that's larger than your phone or tablet. Not something I'll use for work, but could be a good device for a child to introduce them to computing or for note taking. Read more

Nowhere on the ad for this product ( I ordered 2) did it say these were pre-loved or refurbished. When they arrived the boxes were in poor condition. One was still logged in to the previous owner's Microsoft account and the other must have been logged into a network before. Refund and return requested!! Read more
