Mixed review. Screw mount adapter well made. Tilt function works fine. I purchased this adapter to go with my Neewer C-Stand figuring I wouldn't have to worry about compatibility. Picture gives impression that the adapter can be slid to any position along the boom arm. However, that's not the case. The adapter only slides on about three inches to the point where the boom arm has a locking indent. Beyond that, the boom arm's diameter increases slightly meaning the adapter can't go on any further. You'll need to move the entire boom arm in or out to get the adapter in the position you want it. This is a great little gadget that can be kept in your bag of tricks to help augment your shoot. If you need to add a Small light (1/4 20 thread) this can accomplish that task for you easily as long as you have a Gobo and arm , Or if you have a baby pin with no 1/4 thread on it. I am going to use this to hold my Tiny Smoke machine or one of my small Panel Lights. To assist me in my shoots to help create the perfect. Shot.
