Very disappointed that this came with no additional packaging, I appreciate the need to cut down on packaging but a strapping around the box is not too much to ask. Iron came with box open, ,luckily all contents was intact, but not ideal. Iron works ok, but short lead prevents you getting to the end of the ironing board, it makes it very difficult to iron trousers and jeans that need to go over the board. Very disappointed. I have had Philips irons all my married life and this is the most disappointing one yet. No cord clip,no water jug. Philips are becoming very stingy.
