I purchased two of these chairs in July of '23 but did not open the boxes and assemble the chairs until that December. Just what I wanted, they're beautiful. Two weeks later I noticed the caning separating from the chairs - both chairs. I am so very disappointed as I waited so long to display them. These chairs are a great buy. They are typical cesca style cane chairs, easy to assemble, good price point, and have the scratch resistant bottoms. I love them! Update #3: the vendor re-shipped my two defective chairs, and they are perfect. I am so pleased with the service they provided and went above and beyond to replace my two chairs and helped me out even after my return window was closed. Update#2: the vendor has reached out to me and has offered to take care of me and send me two more chairs. I’m very grateful for that as I have been searching for chairs for 10 years and I absolutely fell in love with these and I’m so excited I get to get two more. Nice to have a company stand by their product and satisfy their customer. Update: one chair has already started to come apart on the seat area. I’ve had them not quite 2 months. I’m so disappointed. The seam has come apart and the rattan is sagging. And they won’t refund them or replace them. I have been looking for chairs like these for the last five years because my other ones were finally worn out after 20 years. But I have been so scared to purchase any because they weren’t the right fit, or comfortable or good quality. I am so pleased with these. They were so easy to put together, they are so well crafted, extremely comfortable, and they just look fabulous in my kitchen area.
