This Lubluelu robot vac with LIDAR and intelligent mapping checks all the boxes for me. It supports no-go zones but so far I haven't had to use them because it just doesn't get stuck. After seeing it work for a few minutes I rated it 5 stars and my mind has not changed since. This is an awesome product ! I had to retire my previous vac - it was over five years old and I had repaired it several times from damage to it's bumper caused by ramming itself into places it then could not escape. Because of this, I knew the next vac I bought was going to have LIDAR and some navigation intelligence and be circular in shape. I was planning to wait years if necessary until a vac was available that had those features I now consider mandatory, within my price range - under $300. Lubluelu surprised me by offering exactly what I was looking for well within my price range several years before I expected it. I was surprised but I noted the supplier was PRIME meaning I could return it if I didn't like it - so I went ahead and ordered it despite my misgivings about potential quality issues with such a low price. So I ordered it even though I feared I'd receive a cheap imitation of a premium brand - but I was wrong! This is NOT a cheaply built product. The price is NOT too good to be true! In fact I found that Lubluelu make a beautiful premium product with quality rivalling that of any manufacturer I've ever seen - and I've seen a lot in my 50 year career in IT sales and service. Plus it works extremely well and has no problems with several areas that always stop my old vac. This is the first 'robot' that I've ever owned that actually displays real intelligence in navigation. I might mention that I've bought several robots in the past that all promised but did NOT deliver intelligence in navigation. So I am happy to be able to report that Lubluelu have not exaggerated their product features. If you look carefully at the screenshot I uploaded you can see the lines that indicate the track the vacuum took during it's run. This was the second time I ran the Lubluelu vac and you can see from the tracking lines that it worked perfectly, taking only 40 minutes and half the battery charge to do what the old vac sometimes could NOT do in double that time. And frequently the old vac could not find the charging dock at the end. The Lubluelu, with it's highly improved intelligence and very effective navigation has no trouble finding the dock. The dust bin is easy to remove and empty, even while charging. I was amazed at the amount of dust and hair in the bin after it's first run. It was considerably more than I expected since I had just run the old vac 1 day before (and every day before that going back years). Note that the dock should be fastened to the wall somehow. It must not move. I used a small metal bracket fastened to the wall and 2 zip ties to attach the dock to the bracket. It took only a few minutes but it's worth while doing! If the dock moves, navigation will be negatively impacted. This vac doesn't have 'auto-dump' and I don't actually want it since I want the filter to be wiped clean when the bin is emptied. Also I tend to empty the bin once a week, rather than daily, which seems to work fine. It's always full when I empty it but that doesn't seem to have impeded it's performance. Replacement filters are readily available on Amazon from several suppliers for very reasonable prices which is a huge improvement over my previous vac. Other parts are also available for Lubluelu products. Thus far I have not seen Lubluelu jam itself anywhere unlike my old vac which got stuck regularly. Our recliner chair was one of those areas. The bottom of the chair tilts downward creating a perfect trap that frustratingly caught and jammed my old vac every single time, but Lubluelu had no problem with it, instantly recognizing it as an area to avoid and subsequently has. The same for the sofa which also has an area of declining headroom. The coffee table is now shown on the map as 4 black marks and Lubluelu approaches the legs (which are heavy solid oak) and stops about a centimeter short, turns and moves quickly in another direction without having impacted the bumper in any way. My old vac broke it's bumper on one of those legs one day and I had to re-attach it (using screws and elongated holes). This new vac doesn't even touch the legs. This is a great improvement in sensors and navigation ! The Lubluelu vacuum has excellent traction - no problems with the half inch thick carpet that covers parts of the tile floor. With it's improved sensors and navigation, it doesn't high-center and jam itself on the bottom rung/foot of folding chairs like my previous vac always did. When Lubluelu drives itself into a tight space, being circular, it can easily turn around and go back out the way it came in. It has a wide rotating brush underneath - the first time I've seen this on an indoor robot vacuum and a very good feature in my opinion. Some dust needs to be agitated before it will release it's firm grip on floor surfaces. This may be why the new vacuum picked up so much dirt that the old one missed. LIke my old vac this new one has a spring-loaded bumper on it's front half in case the optical sensors don't detect something. Initially, I found the bumper to be impacted about one tenth of the time that it occurs to my old not-so-smart vac and now, after a couple of runs I rarely ever see it impact anything. I expect this means I won't have to find a way to re-attach the bumper a year or two down the road from all the bashing (eventually damaging plastic retainers and micro-switch levers) - since it doesn't really bash into things like the old vac did. The app installed on my phone and configured easily when I overcame my arrogance and actually read the instructions :) It is simple to operate, requiring no input from the operator once started. Plus you can schedule runs, even multiple runs a day, and remove any necessity to do anything except clean the dust bin occasionally. And you can even steer the vacuum using the app if you're feeling bored or want to really go over an area or hurry it up and move to a new one. It also has mapping and other features supporting vacuuming a portion of the area rather than the entire floor. In summary, thanks to it's excellent navigation and solid design, I expect this vacuum will last a long time and do a wonderful job for it's entire life with little or no maintenance. I will be sure to update this review should any indication of a design problem show itself. Update: after 2 days my respect and admiration for Lubluelu and this vacuum has increased tremendously. I've added a schedule and mapped a few no-go zones where the vac tended to oscillate around. This resulted in the vac moving along the 'bumpy' area perimeters in a straight line rather than oscillating left and right (checking for unblocked areas). I deliberately ran the vacuum multiple times to run down the battery and watched it decide to return to the dock once it's battery was getting low: it stopped, voiced it's intention to return to the charging dock, spun around in a full circle once and then turned a bit to correct it's trajectory and drove itself straight by the dock where it's homing circuitry picked up the homing beam and it turned directly to the dock, parked and said it was charging. The navigational intelligence is quite amazing to see, never having experienced such before and I can see how humans will soon become quite nonchalant and even blind to the bots doing mundane tasks in their lives. As an old retired IT guy, I am quite excited to have finally seen something I've waited a lifetime for: real artificial intelligence in computer tech anyone can buy. Wat een absolute verademing! De Lubluelu reageert razendsnel op obstakels, maar is niet erg handig met rondslingerende kabels of gordijnen die tot op de vloer reiken. Een en ander is wel op te lossen door jezelf aan te leren wat vaker kabels op te ruimen en die gordijnen als no-go-area te definieren in de app. Inmiddels snort onze Lulu dagelijks voor we opstaan een half uurtje door onze woonkamer en haalt zo telkens weer verrassend veel stof en kleine ongerechtigheden op. Waar ik eerder zelf dagelijks met een stofzuiger aan de gang moest lijkt dat nu gereduceerd tot minder dan 1 keer in de week. Er lijken bij deze variant geen extra sensors te zijn om te bepalen of een vloerkleed schoongezogen wordt, dus gaat Lulu ook bij een vloerkleed doodleuk verder met de dweilfunctie. Hoewel het niet om grote hoeveelheden water gaat zou ik dat als enige minpunt willen aangeven: ik weet nog niet hoe snel vloerkleden in mijn woning en buiten de zomer gaan drogen. De dweilfunctie is echter uit te zetten. Alle vervangbare onderdelen van Lulu zijn moeiteloos te vervangen, alleen voor de accu zal mettertijd een schroevendraaier nodig zijn. Hallo, gekauft habe ich diesen Saugroboter am 4. Mai 2024 – also vor genau einem Jahr. Ich bin sonst etwas faul mit Produktbewertungen, aber jetzt will ich mal nach und nach alte und neue Produkte bewerten. Und mit diesem Roboter mache ich weiter, weil er mich wirklich überrascht hat! Zur Navigation und Funktion: Die Lasernavigation ist richtig beeindruckend. Ich habe dazu sogar Bilder und ein Video gemacht. Selbst unter dem Klo navigiert er problemlos (siehe Video), und auch an Ecken oder engen Stellen kommt er sehr gut vorbei. Nur bei Möbeln, die exakt so hoch wie der Roboter sind, kann er sich mal festfahren – z. B. unter Schränken. App und Karten: Die App ist übersichtlich und die Einrichtung ging schnell. Anfangs erstellt der Roboter eine Karte – dafür haben wir die Wohnung möglichst leer geräumt. Die Kartenerstellung hat super funktioniert. Besonders gut finde ich die Möglichkeit, die Karte in mehrere Bereiche zu unterteilen, Reinigungszonen festzulegen oder Sperrbereiche zu markieren – z. B. um Schränke zu meiden. Auch Treppen erkennt er zuverlässig, er fällt also nicht irgendwo runter. Man kann in der App auch wählen, ob er einen Bereich einmal oder zweimal abfahren soll. Die Karten bleiben zuverlässig gespeichert. Nur wenn man die Ladesäule umstellt, kann es sein, dass der Roboter sich kurz „verirrt“. Saugleistung und Staubbehälter: Ich bin echt begeistert, wie viel Schmutz der Roboter aufnimmt – das hätte ich nie erwartet! Nach nur zweimal Saugen war der Behälter schon gut voll. Da es ein Kombigerät ist, hat er auch einen kleinen Wassertank fürs Wischen – wer den nicht braucht, kann optional einen größeren Staubbehälter kaufen. Ich leere ihn einfach nach jedem Saugen, das geht schnell und unkompliziert. Wischfunktion: Auch die Wischfunktion ist solide. Man kann einstellen, wie viel Wasser verwendet wird und wie oft gewischt wird. Natürlich kommt das nicht an High-End-Geräte mit rotierenden Wischmopps oder starkem Anpressdruck ran – aber für den Alltag ist es absolut ausreichend. Verschleiß und Zubehör: Die App zeigt den Zustand der Bürsten und Wischmopps an, und Ersatzteile sind problemlos nachkaufbar. Fazit nach einem Jahr: Ich bin richtig zufrieden. Für ein Produkt aus China hätte ich so eine Qualität nicht erwartet. Meine Eltern haben ein deutlich teureres Modell, das nicht annähernd so viele Funktionen bietet. Après avoir testé l’aspirateur robot pendant plusieurs semaines, je peux dire qu’il est vraiment bien. J’ai un appartement de 100m2 en plein pied et 3 chats. Points positifs: -la batterie tient très longtemps, quand il a nettoyé tout l’appartement, il reste toujours 70% de charge -le bruit est correct, il n’est pas trop bruyant mais ça reste un aspirateur ! -il ajuste sa puissance automatiquement, selon la saleté qu’il y a sur le sol. -la carte c’est vraiment top : on peut choisir par exemple qu’il aille uniquement nettoyer la cuisine ou le bureau… on peut également choisir un ordre de nettoyage, ce qui est très pratique -le nettoyage à l’eau est vraiment efficace et fait en profondeur, il va dans tous les recoins et frotte bien le sol ! -l’aspirateur ne tourne pas en rond, il fait vraiment toutes les pièces et correctement, il passe dans tous les recoins -d’ailleurs l’aspirateur ne s’est jamais bloqué sur un tapis, un meuble, le sol de l’arbre à chat etc -une fois la carte dessiné, si je bouge un objet ou un meuble, il nettoiera quand même tout le sol vide et ne va pas contourné l’endroit où se trouve l’objet habituellement -quand on ferme une porte, il ne bug pas et continue le nettoyage ailleurs -il divertit un peu les chats 😂 Points négatifs: -le plus gros point négatif, pour moi, c’est que le réservoir à poussière est assez petit par rapport à d’autres aspirateurs, il faut le vider à la moitié du nettoyage (il ne prévient pas lorsqu’il est plein, ce qui empêche d’aspirer correctement) -souvent il met beaucoup de temps ou ne parvient pas du tout à revenir à sa station de charge -si je le démarre depuis la station de charge, la carte se remet à zéro à chaque fois et impossible de revenir à la carte enregistré (message d’erreur), donc je le démarre depuis une autre pièce ce qui est un peu un inconvénient quand on est pas chez soit (si la carte se remet à zéro, il faut savoir que ça prend environ 30 minutes pour refaire le plan de l’appartement) -il y a souvent des gouttes d’eau à côté de la station de charge -lors du nettoyage à l’eau il faut sans cesse mouiller la lingette, sinon il lave à sec (même avec le réservoir d’eau plein) -parfois il se promène la nuit, sans aucune raison, donc il faut toujours penser à bien l’éteindre quand il est chargé et qu’on ne l’utilise pas En résumé, le prix est correct et l’aspirateur est vraiment très bien ! Pour en avoir testé plusieurs, le système de carte est vraiment le truc indispensable si vous voulez un nettoyage correct et un aspirateur qui ne tourne pas en rond sans cesse.
