I purchased this in December 2021, its now December 2023 and this thing has been running at least once every day all that time, so I'm reviewing after 2 years continuous use. I purchased to help my elderly mum with her cleaning and wow does it do a great job! The hoover is great and the bin is big enough to only need emptying once every week or so, the amount of dust and grime it collects is always amazing, and with the amount of hairs the dog sheds i'm always supprised it manages to get all of the fur. The only down sides that cost it a star is the somewhat frequent "LDS error" that sometimes needs a little more than a tap to sort out - I find a full clean around it with a Q-tip and a good bash usually does the trick - but this happens at least once a week or two, and it won't start up unless this error is resolved which means if you have a scheduled task early in the morning, late at night, or while you're out, it won't get done until you're out of bed or back in the house. To fix that I would reccomended a software update that would make the robot run relying on its memory if the map and just using the bumper to go back and forth. One other thing that's a minor inconvenience is the mopping feature, though you get what you pay for, the mopping isn't really the best and is akin to just dragging a slightly damp piece of kitchen roll over the floor; it needs replacing frequently too. I would say that in the two years we've had this, we've never needed to buy any parts for it, despite its reccomendations to replace the brushes etc, all the original bits are still going strong which is great! I would not buy this hoover if you have long pile carpets or rugs as it does not clean well on these, but for our laminate floor and short pile rugs it does a great job!! 4/5 stars, with potential to be 5/5 if they fix the LDS malfunction errors. My mum had bought a robot vacuum, impressed with it so much I decided to find one that is good on carpets as most of my home is carpeted with a medium/thick pile. This vacuum seemed to be a good contender and in my price range. So glad I bought it. Do not expect miracles but it is good for a light daily cleaning to keep dust and crumbs at bay while you are out or doing other chores. Also has a mop attachment which I have not yet used. Pros Great on carpet Great on hard floor - can detect between the two and avoid mopping carpet, not yet used. Can adjust suction power from normal to max though this reduces charge quicker - I get 3 bedroom flat done on a whole charge on standard suction. on max suction the battery runs out leaving 2 rooms undone and returns to charging point, recharges to full and continues automatically to complete the rooms not done (if you enable ‘continuous cleaning’ mode on settings. I love the brush untangling tool under the lid - useful to carefully cut away hair tangled in the brush. Easy to empty bin. Comes with spare side brush, mop cloths and filter, these can also be bought separately for good price. Maps the home so you can clean by choosing an area, set boundaries and set a cleaning schedule. Cons Lack of remote - can only be operated by app or single button on vacuum itself. Cannot move the charging dock once vacuum has mapped home or it cannot locate it and will delete the map, so find a good spot for charging dock and then start initial clean. Tips Maps the room on first use and saves the map - then you can select areas to clean etc - one very useful tip - when first mapping home, remove obstacles and cables out of way, and DO NOT return the vacuum to charge - let it do this on its own. Any interference will delete the map and you will have to start again. If brush gets tangled during mapping, just gently untangle brush and resume the clean from where the vacuum had stopped, again moving it can cause it to relocate and delete the map. Its not a major problem but can be time consuming to have to remap whole home constantly and prevents you from being able to customise the cleaning to suit you. I haven’t used to option to map a 2nd floor as I live in a flat but it seems clear on the settings on how to do this -under advanced mode, you map first floor, this will be saved then you add second floor and leave the robot to vacuum and map that floor and save it separately. Update July 2022: Having used the robot cleaner for a couple of years, I would say it has frustrating limitations. It often can't figure out how to get back to the charging dock, despite having already mapped the flat. It also forgets how to get out from the charging dock under the sofa and after trying one blocked end it gives up and returns to the charging dock, despite having two other sides of the sofa clear to get out from under it. For a robot with lidar mapping, I'd say it has a lot to learn. As a result, I would not recommend it. __________________________ Original review: I had considered getting a robot vacuum cleaner for a while and looked at different options before settling for the Ozmo 920 for the balance between price and features. I wanted a robot with LIDAR because I wanted it to be able to map the floor and be more efficient about cleaning it rather than bumping around randomly. It was also important to be able to map multiple floors, add virtual boundaries on the map and be able to clean specific rooms only or even smaller areas after making a mess. These are all features of the Ozmo 920 and they all work reasonably well. The only thing that is sometimes problematic is when the robot is moved from downstairs to upstairs. Although it has mapped both floors (which requires the charging station to be moved upstairs the first time the mapping is created), sometimes it gets confused about where it is, and it takes a bit of effort to get it to figure out and clean properly. The mopping feature was not something I wanted but it came with it, and it actually works reasonably well, although I had to crank the water flow volume adjustment to the max, otherwise it didn't seem like any of it was being dispensed onto the microfiber cleaning cloth (and the floor). Other reviewers have also noticed that the dust container is quite small so has to be cleaned very often, which in my case requires reaching under the sofa where the charging dock is to drag the robot out so I can open the lid and access it. And finally, I have to say that edges and corners especially are not always cleaned perfectly, due to the round shape of the robot. I don't know if the Neato robots, with their flat side, do a better job cleaning in the corners, but you have to expect that once in a while, you might have to use a traditional vacuum cleaner to clean in the corners and around the edges. All that said, having the Ozmo clean at night twice a week has definitely make a difference and saves me the pain of pulling out the other vacuum cleaner and doing it manually, so I am happy about the purchase. And being able to say "Ok Google, tell Deebot to clean the kitchen" is just the cherry on the cake. Read more

Why have I not bought this before?! Didn't expect much more than a gimic or a way to delay how often I need to vacuum (by hand). I thought this would by no way be as effective as the modern dyson we have - I was wrong! This comes with the direct suction attachment, and the vacuum roller, so it copes brilliantly with our dog and rugs. And the fact it mops too...wow! There are so many ways to use it too: Set up the phone app, press the one touch button, or link to smart home (Alexa or Google). The app is simple and easy to use, and will easily allow you to set and change lots of the parameters: The power of the vacuum; the amount of water when mopping; the volume of its voice... and lots of other options. You can even share the robot on different users of the (free) app, so it can be accessed by multiple people. You can change the robots name in the app, so now it is "Me" that has done all the vacuuming and mopping. With the water reservoir and mop attached it will sense and avoid your carpets, vacuum and mop everywhere it can access. It will easily navigate door thresholds (anything up to about an inch step), and will return to charge once it has finished. With the mop and reservoir removed (one click button), it will Vacuum everywhere, automatically sensing carpets and increasing the suction. It states it is not suitable with long pile carpets/rugs, but we have an IKEA shaggy rug and it has never got stuck on it, and vacuums it well. The dust bin on it copes with the whole house (even all the dog hair), and when it has finished vacuuming (with or without the mop) it will automatically return to the charger and self charge. It will also remind you to remove the mop attachment, so you don't damage the floor where it charges by leaving a wet mop standing. The box included a flier advertising additives you can add to the water to clean, but after searching everywhere these are not available in the UK. Whilst it would potentially be possible to add floor cleaner to the water, this will void your warranty (and at 2 years warranty it isn't worth it). The mop comes with removable mop pads (one washable and a few disposable). We get around the additive by adding some cleaner to the pre-soaked mop pad, and/or spraying any areas that have had spills/stains. The battery life is incredible. Even having done the whole of downstairs vacuuming on full power and then setting it off to vac and mop twice the battery is still well over 50%. There is even the settings to pick up where it left off if it runs out of charge midway through. The robot will automatically scan and map every room and the app allows you to save two maps and set room names and mark any areas to not mop/vacuum. This allows you to then set the robot to clean only the selected areas, or tell it to vacuum and mop with different water levels and suction in different areas, even allowing you to clean selected rooms twice (for high use rooms). Whilst you can only save two maps, it doesn't stop you using it on other floors too, with the quick start option - where it will still sense carpets and allow you to change the mop/vaccum settings (for the whole floor). Once you have mapped the floor, you will not even need to move the charger between levels, as it will just go into standby when it has finished. No need to worry about stairs or steps either, as the sensors will tell it where the drops are, so it can back up and continue cleaning without diving down the stairs. The app also tells you the % life left before you need to replace some of the disposable parts - it comes with a spare set of bushes, and a spare (both washable) filter. So now all I have left to vacuum are the tight spaces between some of the furniture (and walls) where the robot can't access, and the stairs. What more do you need? Now all you will need to do is make sure the kids have tidied their toys off the floor, and move the dining chairs so it doesn't get stuck under the table. Now if someone can just ask ecovacs to combine this (ideally a smaller version) with a programmable drone, then I won't have to do the dusting either. Read more

I am a huge fan of robot vacs, as we speak I have my top floor and middle floor ones running. They are more basic "bump into something and turn around" types but for those floors they work well. Downstairs I have my kitchen, living room and downstairs bathroom and I wanted something a bit more smart for those areas. After doing some research I thought that I would change from my other brand (rhymes with hoofy) and went with this ecovacs. You can tell right away that this has a lot more tech packed into it, and it fully maps out the rooms and its really clever watching it do this. Initially I had some issues as it said it had 80% charge but would cut off after 2 mins, so I left it charging overnight and now it seems to be fine. A little glitch in the software. The app is relatively simple and you can select different zones to clean. I have 3 zones which is kitchen, lviing room and it groups my hallway and downstairs bathroom to one. You can see on the app that it detects either hard floor or carpet very well. For me I run this 3 times a week and one of those I connect the mop and it stays off the carpets and just does the kitchen. It would be nice if you could tell it to maybe lift the mop while it goes over carpet, to get to the bathroom, but thats maybe asking a little much. It does a great job of knowing not to go on carpet when the mop is attached though. Suction is decent. While is has less Pa suction than my other 2, it still does a good enough job of cleaning, and with it being very methodical and following a path, it gets all the bits up. The mopping however isnt brilliant. It is better than nothing but it basically just drags a wet cloth along the floor. I always spray floor cleaner down before it starts its mopping and this helps a bit, but the lack of downward force or movement of the mopping pad means its not great. Overall this is a much smarter vac than the others I have, and it does a good job. I have had a few issues where it got stuck under my table (the legs are like an x shape so it gets wedged) but after messing around with the "no go zones" I managed to get it so it would avoid those legs. Which means I have a small area of my living room that doesnt get cleaned, but its not too bad. Overall I am happy but I just wish the mopping was better and it was a little smarter in being able to have the mop on, cross carpet without wetting it, and mopping another room. Nevermind! Overall the N10 robot vacuum does the job. It vacuums automatically, quietly, reasonably reliably (but see update below). It negotiates obstacles and has a good battery life. To get the best out of it, and set up schedules, no-go areas, automation etc you have to use the app, which is very unclear. The paper manual barely mentions the app, and you have to work it out yourself. You need to look at material on the web. Setting up the app was easy for me, but there are complications in the background. To get around the 5/2.4 WiFi band issue, the app seamlessly switches off phone WiFi and turns on a hotspot for the vacuum to connect to. I have only 1 bar of phone signal. I don’t know if it used that, or what would happen if you had no phone signal. Anyway, it worked fine for me. You absolutely need to create a map. You have to remove any movable obstacles (eg chairs) and cover floor length mirrors or glass doors, then leave it. I have 100sqm floor. It needed two goes, with a rest and recharge in between. Took over two hours of run time. A hint from the internet: if you set the suction to low, it will go further without needing a recharge and might compete in one go. Once you have the map, you can easily set up zones and barriers and rooms and no-go areas. Subsequent cleans can deal with movable obstacles easily. Cleaning carpets is good. You can set strong suction from the app. The dust bin does fill up quickly. Vacuum runs for more than an hour on each charge, but the dust bin might fill up earlier than that. It’s reasonably quiet. You can turn the voice prompts down or off in the app. You absolutely do have to remove cables or shoelaces. The robot will 100% get tangled in them. Once the map is set up you can mark off cables as no-go zones. I love it. You do need a bit of technical aptitude. I wouldn’t give this to my 80 year old parents. Once you’ve figured out the app, it’s a great product. Good value, too. UPDATE After 3 months of use, we still rely on it. It saves us £50 a month on cleaner’s fees. However we’ve just had the Lidar fail on us. Took ages to figure out what was going on. Lots of internet research shows that these things jam and the belt breaks. In our case a few sharp taps on the sensor seemed to clear the stoppage and we’re up and running again. We love it, but it’s definitely fiddly. Would be hesitant to recommend. Read more

I must admit I was quite sceptical at first when purchasing this and to be honest I only proceeded on the basis of the good price. However, having used it over the last few days I can honestly say it is amazing! Myself and my wife are very house proud and since having two children you naturally find you have much less time for things like cleaning. It might seem like a gimmicky purchase on the surface but in this context it is such a brilliant help! We can now have a quick dust around whenever we get time and then let the robot do its thing once we have our hands tied with the kids or whilst we are out. Anyone with kids will most definitely appreciate this time saving. Especially if you like to keep your house as clean as possible. I will admit that the initial maps are a bit tricky to set up. You have to make sure the robot is unobstructed and all doors are open for the initial mapping bit. However, once that is done you can label the rooms and reorder the cleaning sequence and preferences etc. Then let the robot just do its thing. As long as you clean up any stray cables or other similar objects then you’ll be fine. It seems to navigate around all our furniture and kids toys perfectly. It even gets to places we usually miss with the upright hoover. I can’t comment on the mopping function yet because we haven’t tried it but I didn’t really purchase it for that purpose as we don’t very often need to do a mop anyway. As I said, at first I was sceptical but now couldn’t be without it and the carpets looks just as good if not better than when vacumed with the upright. I am reviewing this after 10 months of regular use in a 2 adult household without any pet, with 90% hard floor and about 10% mid pile carpet. This is my 1st robot vacuum / mop that uses an app, my previous robot was a Neato Signature XV vacuum with old school operation and no app function. This review is made in 4 categories, VACUUM, MOP, NAVIGATION, APP VACUUMING FUNCTION: Generally, I love the vacuuming function, it performs brilliantly as it claims on my hard floor and mid pile carpet. With regular vacuuming of the kitchen + bathroom daily and other rooms every 2-3 day, I now only need to haul out the conventional SEBO vacuum every 2 weeks for a really deep clean instead of weekly. Thanks to the superb suctioning power and the DOUBLE longer side brushes, the entire floor is clean without leaving any trace of dust behind, my house feels so much cleaner and therefore I have even reduced the frequency of dusting furnitures and other items. Initially I was skeptical of the roller brush because it is the nylon bristle type and not the rubber blade type, however, even with my excessive shedding of long hair, the bristles rarely have hair wrapped around it. The dust box is not the easiest to open but bearable, and it is large enough for a typical 2 bedroom Victorian house with 2 adults and no pet, while the filter is very easy to clean. MOPPING FUNCTION: Although the mopping function is very basic, I was very surprised how well this ‘mops’. I don’t think this is suitable for a weekly deep clean, it is best for maintaining the floor in between manual deep mopping. Since using this every 3-4 days in my kitchen and bathroom, I now only haul out the manual mop every 2 weeks or so instead of weekly. To avoid limescale issue, I only fill the reservoir with deionised water, about 30ml is plenty for my kitchen and bathroom, both floors measure approximately 2.5 square metres. I also spray the pad with plenty of floor cleaner. NAVIGATION FUNCTION: Great navigation, it avoids falling off the stairs flawlessly, maps each room really well, cleans all the edges and then moves logically in clean lines. Unlike the previous Neato which bumped onto some walls harshly and left black marks, this Deebot runs smoothly and does an excellent job of moving around furniture legs and avoiding bumping into walls and furniture. If it does occasionally bump into anything, the hit is only very gentle. This model does not have OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE feature but this is fine by me as I don’t have any pet and I rarely leave items all over my floor. APP FUNCTION: The initial installation and mapping was easy enough and did not cause any issue, while the scheduling function works well. There are also many features you can set to personalise your need including no-go zones, sweeping patterns, suction power, mop water control, etc. Although this model can technically support 2 maps, this feature is actually pretty much meaningless. For the 2nd map to work on a different floors, it must start from the dock on that same floor, this means you’d actually need 2 docks, otherwise, the next best option is to physically move the robot to the floor without a map and use the robot ‘manually', this also means both scheduling and no go zones cannot be set. Furthermore, if you have to physically move the robot manually into another room or area NOT on the “MAP’, the steps are quite annoying and archaic, while the app can often become glitchy also. Like a majority of Brits, I live in a 2 floor Victorian house and the only place I could ‘dock’ the robot is in the upstairs landing, this means only the landing and 2 bedrooms could be put on the MAP for auto ‘scheduling’, for the rest of the house I have to manually move the robot into place. Sadly, there is no instruction for this common house layout, but thanks to the excellent telephone tech support, I was provided with clear instructions by the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. To not cause any APP malfunction of the MAPPED rooms, the red switch on the robot must be switched off before physically moving the robot into the desired location, thereafter, the red switch must be switched on and the START button must be pressed either on the robot or on the app, however, the procedure is often very slow and even confusing as the app can often take too long to respond. When cleaning is complete, the red switch must be switch off again before manually moving the robot to the dock, thereafter, the red switch must be put back on, at this point, you need to check on the app that the MAP has been restored, if it isn't, any previously set ‘scheduling’ won’t function. In my experience, the MAP does not restore property about 4 out of 10 time, which is extremely annoying. When this happens, you will need to press START on either the robot or on the app, once it starts to move, you can end the job and send the robot back to dock, these steps should restore the MAP and any SCHEDULING should function as expected. Although the APP can be vastly improved for houses with more than 1 floor or steps between rooms, I am generally very happy with this robot. It is solidly constructed, and the entire machine feels of high quality. It vacuums superbly well and mops reasonably well for a robot of this calibre and price point. The excellent UK telephone customer service has been very helpful in resolving all my tech issues, it gives non tech savvy user like myself confidence in making this online purchase. Read more

Amazing! I did not use it yet for mopping but it does a great job to keep the floors - dust off! I connected easily with the app and Alexa as well. The price was discounted as well. Very, very happy with my new "toy"! Its a nice product cleans the floors good, havent tried mopping functionality as yet but the biggest issue is if you restart the router the product will not auto connect with wifi and has to be reset which deletes the map and you start all over again! Read more

It’s good in dusting and light mopping but my problem with its map.. it’s really frustrating that it keeps changing.. I had a previous one which the company replaced it due to map issue, but even the new one has the same issue.. I gave up and let it run around till it vacuumed the house…

I bought this product three months ago and followed the instructions for mapping. From day one, it struggles to properly map the house and even IF it properly does so, the entire map gets glitched within a few days. I contacted customer support who took a few days to reply with some tips which may help when mapping. I replied back that the issue was still persisting, and they said that a dedicated support team would email back within 5 days. I waited for ten days before emailing them again and I got the same response. By then, my patience had run out.This is really disappointing since the hardware was really well built. Other than the occasional stuck in a deep carpet it was fine. The packaging was nice, instructions clear (although of no use for me) and the app had a lot of features which the competitors have. The mop would get stuck on low lying carpets, but this is something that could be excused.I didn't expect a lot from this vacuum as I understand the limitations something like a robot vacuum would have when it came to deep cleaning. However, this managed to make my life more difficult due to the number of times I've had to tidy up small furniture after the map gets glitched out.Unless they are able to fix the mapping software, I wouldn't recommend this.

This robot vacuum cleaner is fantastic for daily cleaning, and it keeps my floors shiny and free from dust and hair. The mapping feature is also impressive, as it easily mapped my home and makes cleaning a breeze.One of the things I appreciate about this robot vacuum cleaner is the convenience it offers. I can schedule the cleaning while I am at work, and when I get back, everything is clean. The auto-empty station is also very convenient, as it empties the dustbin automatically, saving me time and effort.However, there are some limitations to this product. It can't clean corners effectively, so I still have to do some manual cleaning occasionally. Additionally, it doesn't deep clean, so I still need to do a thorough cleaning of my home once a week.Overall, I believe that the ECOVACS N10+ is worth the price. It's a high-quality product that makes daily cleaning effortless and saves me time and effort. However, it's important to remember that it has some limitations and won't replace manual cleaning entirely. If you're looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that can handle everyday cleaning tasks, this product is an excellent choice.

great great product for a vacuum robot with alexa support and mopping ability. The station was fantastic. It was a good decision to purchase with the station. no more extra hand. Deepot will clean the entire house with scheduled, with alexa voice command, and customized cleaning preferences. Highly recommended for a smart home.

It is advisable not to go for this brand as it is not having any service support in UAE. After spending this amount, we have to throw out the product after 1 year as we will not get any support for repair. We can have many other good brands which will give service support in UAE.

Excellent product, smart and accurate multi-story mapping, powerful suction, large capacity battery, great reach with long side brushes and very quick delivery. Multiple operations modes by area, auto, or custom with scheduling features and possibility of having different settings for different areas. In daily use since a month and so far all perfect.Mopping has deep feature but wouldn't say it does real scrupping, despite microfiber mops.Would be good to find all accessories as genuine, 3rd party ones are available at lower price but little lower quality. Most accessories on Amazon are not saying N10+, but I found mops (both washable and disposal ones), dust bags, main brush, side brushes of N8+ to fit on N10+. In general very handy for remote or scheduled vaccuming operation, however for mopping, you would need to be around, to fill water reservoir, insert mopping plate, clean mop if needed and remove mopping plate when deebot goes to charging station. No more dust, hair and on top of that it pushes you to be more neat avoiding leaving things out of place such as socks,hehe.Overall I love it, and love watching the app remotely to see the tracks taken for cleaning the different areas.

I have found an issue with water drainage after 3 months of purchase. Reported to the manufacturer 2weeks ago through email still awaiting their support. They neither have a service contact number for support or a service partner in UAE. Amazon doesn’t provide service support.

Like all other vac and mop robots so far, it cleans the house well enough but not as good as human efforts.It misses some spots some time. Gets stuck on small soft towels being not smart enough to avoid it but it avoid curtains and sofa rags so it misses those corners under these areas. Nothing horrible , we just need to lift up these cloth areas so that the sensor wont avoid cleaning these areas.The mopping is just a gimmick at this point, it just pulls a wet cloth with no rubbing so i don't see it as very effective.

Great little vacuum that takes the mundane out of every day hovering when living in a dusty environment. Mop function is a gimmick at best but that is true for most of these devices…

Very good for vacuum, mopping could have been better. Good battery so far. App is very versatile. Much better compared to old irobots knocking everywhere. Alexa integration is a plus

In less than a month, it wouldn't charge and the station's suction is on all the time emptying a dead robot..Customer service is hopeless and no service center in the UAE.

Used iteam, opened box, Robot and dust pack is filled with dirts and dusts.Need a replacement ASAP

It’s been about 2 weeks since got this unit. Mapping is not consistent. It looks like a software but which is annoying. It has be 5 times we are to reset the map and scan the whole house. Not sure if it will ever be fixed

محطة التفريغ ما تشفط الشعر الطويل . ايضا اذا ازلت المكنسة من المحطة تنحذف الخريطة .1. Empty station doesn't suck long hair.2. If you keep a roboot vacuum away from empty station ,the map will delete.3. Cleaning performance is good so far.

Below average bot, docking to its stations is big Hassel it takes several try to dock or sometimes it don't dock at all and request to manual dock. If you have multiple matters it just get stuck with it
