Okay so I might be a bit over dramatic but this truly did put a strain on my relationship for the hour it took to put this together. I got this for my fiancé as he needed a small desk to put in his new office. Now he is very much into building sets and even intricate lego sets BUT this one... this one made him question if I truly loved him. I am all for an easy assembly but when you are required to screw tiny screws with a TINY handtool with limited space without being able to use an upright tool like a regular screwdriver IT IS NOT FUN NOR DOES IT FEEL GOOD CRAMPING UP EVERY OTHER MINUTE. The majority of the screws required one to screw them from the bottom, which for one your view is already limited and you can't really go all in with the tiny L shaped tool they give you to screw in the bolts. I think that was the only issue with this product. The set up is horrendous but ultimately provided a nice and functional desk. Would I purchase something like this again? HECK NO. I think I would much rather save up and splurge on something that I can either pay someone to set it up for me or have the set-up be reasonably easy without cramping up my neck or wrists trying to work with a tiny tool. It took around 7 hours to put this together, i had to sell my soul to finish it. The holes don’t line up with the screws so i had to bend pieces to fit them, as well as the shelves on the desk, there was no other way to put them on without jamming them in and scratching the desk as shown in pictures. Some pieces i had to put in upside down to make it work. But hey the desk itself is sturdy and looks nice once finished and i really like the cup holder and built in power strip. But i’d keep looking if I were you. Read more

First, this desk is a great quality item. My son loves it. It is sturdy and good material. My only gripe is that putting it together was the most frustrating thing ever. The way the screws sit, you have to line them up with the holes with no visibility. Its a long guessing game to get them in straight so you can screw them.
