This face & body brush works great. It vibrates and pulses. There are four settings, a high and low vibration, or a high and low pulsing vibe. I think the low vibration is my favorite. The brush area is quite large (3.75 x 5 inches). From the bottom area near the handle, the bristles start out thick (and stiffer) and then (I think) gradually become thinner in reaching the other end of the brush near the charging port. And so you’ll get a harder scrub near the handle and a softer feel at the top. The lather is pretty good, but I guess that depends on what kind of soap you use. I usually use a liquid body and face wash. Speaking of that, the brush is especially good washing the face. And if you have shorter hair, you can also give yourself a head massage while washing your hair with shampoo. The brush has a nice little cover for the charging port that keeps water out, and the unit is listed as "water resistant" and "shower friendly". I don't see any warnings or a mention of what could happen if you submerse the unit under water for any length of time. However, some caution would probably be wise if using this in a bath. When I received this product, I charged it up and everything appeared to work fine. I put it away for just over a month before I decided to use it. When I tried to use it for the first time, I pressed the power button and held it, and it wouldn't start; therefore, I assumed that it had lost its' charge. Then, I hooked it up to the charger, and the green light indicated that it was already fully charged. Then, I decided to return it to Amazon, but I notice that my return date had passed. Man, I was mad with myself for letting this happen, but I decided to write a bad review on the product. Half way through writing my review, I decided to take a photo of the brush with the fully charged light on to include with my review. My wife told me to keep trying to get it to work before submitting the review. By trial and error, I discovered that by pressing and let go (Clicking it) of the power button, instead of holding it, it works fine. This brush is going to be my best friend. If you're having a problem turning your brush on, press and let (click) the power button to start it; however to turn it off, press and hold the power button. It works, but I was confused! Read more
