I bought this because I read copper may help slow down getting grey hair. As I am in a constant state of mid-life crisis at any given time and started getting a few grey hairs in the past couple years, of course I wanted to try this. I am on my 4th bottle, and while the grey hairs do still come (because as Smash Mouth says, the years keep coming and they don't stop coming), I think taking copper regularly does slow it down a bit. I didn't think it would actually help, but then there was a 2 month period when I didn't take any vitamins or supplements as I was constantly traveling, and when I finally got home I went through my hair and there were so many little grey hairs!
