Tried this for the first time last night, and it seems to be working well. I purchased the Mint Green color, and it is a nice upgrade from plain white. A note of things so far that seems not so user friendly is: The tiny whole through which you refill water, it is only 1/4 inc. Having to take the water compartment apart from the main unit, requires a bit of drying of various parts, before reassembling (to avoid calcium build up.. in my opinion). The reassembling (after refilling water) is not difficult, but it may take 2+ tries, especially if you are tired after a busy day. If you have dim/ night lights, this water pick will shine the nicest green light, while using it. Haven't tried recharge yet, but have a feeling this will work well. I bought this on black friday and haven't regretted it (much) since! Pros: 1. Not very bulky, but I feel it does require two hands to hold 2. I never have to refill during use, since the tank is just the right size 3. I'd say the noise level is pretty modest, similar to an electric toothbrush 4. The battery life is incredible! I haven't had to charge it in 2 weeks!! 5. I got a beautiful turquoise color and it looks so pretty sitting on my bathroom countertop, so it's definitely not an eyesore 6. There is definitely a learning curve when trying to figure out how to use it well without making too much of a mess (I always make a mess, though!) This is my first water flosser and it only took about 2 days to figure out how to use it, but I soaked my mirror, walls, countertops, clothes, and floor during the process, so have towels on hand while you're still learning lol!! 7. It took me a few days to adjust to the water pressure since I have incredibly sensitive gums as well as some pretty bad gingivitis. I have bled maybe once since the 2 weeks I've had this flosser, but my gums would feel sore and achy after every use. That took a while to go away. 8. I love that it comes with a tongue scraper nozzle!! I feel like it really helps with bad breath! 9. I also like how it comes with so many different types of nozzles for everyone's different needs. I just use the standard and tongue scraper, but it also has a second standard nozzle tip, which is pretty cool. You have to replace tips every 2-3 months anyways, so with the two standard tips they supply, you won't have to buy replacements for 6 months!! Cons: NUMBER ONE: THE BIGGEST CON-The charger port is covered by a tiny rubber stopper that you have to take off in order to charge the device. DO NOT LOSE THIS RUBBER STOPPER!!! The very FIRST day I got this, I lost it for about 30 mins and there is no replacement for it. You can't have water get into the charging port or else it won't work, so you really cannot lose this stopper or else you'll have to replace the whole flosser!! They should've made it like the flapper on the tank that is still connected when you take it off to pour water into the reservoir. Trying to keep track of this tiny stopper is a wayyy more stressful than it should be! Lol 2. When you use the flosser, it gets all slippery with water running down the body of it, so make sure you have a good grip! That's why I use it with two hands, so that I'm extra careful to not drop it. Also, try not to accidentally press the buttons during use. Not fun lol! 3. The water reservoir for this flosser doesn't dry between uses, which makes me anxious that it could start to grow water mold. I always leave the flap open to try and help it airdry, but it is still always wet the next day. I haven't had any issues yet with bacteria overgrowth, but I wish there was a way to open it up and dry it. Overall: I'd give this an 8.5/10! For a first time water flosser user, I feel very lucky that this was my first experience! I'm unsure of how well it cleans my teeth, though, so I'll have to check with my dentist during my next appointment to see if there's any improvements. And that little stopper for the charger port brings this rating down 1 whole point because of the mini heart attacks it's given me!! But the ease of use, battery life, color, power, noise, and water pressure are all way beyond my expectations and are truly a treat for your teeth and gums! And the tank not drying or being able to be dried between uses brings the rating down another 0.5 point. But otherwise, this is a really high quality product! It's got a good price and not too many downsides, so I would cautiously recommend to friends if they had a good memory and could keep track of things. But for fellow ADHD folks, this may not be the best, simply because I don't think you can have that stopper replaced or purchase a replica of it. You may have to buy the whole flosser again or just go with a different one that doesn't have such a tiny part you have to keep track of! Read more

I was not excepting the amount of power for the price. I figured this would be a cheap water pick to get the job done but no. This thing has POWER. I mean I have to wipe down my mirror when I’m done using it. Don’t get me wrong it definitely does its job and does it well. I guess in addition to clean teeth I also get clean mirrors? This is the BEST purchase I've made all year. I use it every morning and every evening before brushing and it does a fabulous job of dislodging bits of food from between teeth. I have a small jaw and tight teeth, and regular flossing was difficult. I've been using it for about 2 months and I can easily tell my teeth are cleaner and gums look healthier. It's very easy to use, just fill the tank with warm water and floss. I fill it twice to do my whole mouth, but I go slowly and do inside and outside surfaces of upper and lower teeth (which is what you're supposed to do) so I use the tank once for upper and once again for lower teeth. It's lightweight and very easy to handle, and I have small hands. I have 2 minor criticisms: I wish the openings in the tank were bigger to be able to thoroughly air dry the inside every day. (I read online to rinse the tank and entire floss apparatus with white vinegar to keep mold from growing in the moist environment.) My other peeve is that it's supposed to charge long enough to use for a month, but I can only get a few weeks out of a charge. Since I'm using it twice a day, I probably use if for a longer duration than many people do every day, so I'm probably getting 30 uses out of a charge. The dentist recommended a water flosser, this works. Price is good. It is strong, even on soft setting and takes some getting use too. It also took me a bit of time to not get water all over, basically I use over the sink facing downwards, and careful to only hit your teeth. I run it in sections, front lower right then left, front upper right then left, back lower right then left, and finally back upper right then left. You also need to make sure you use warm water. I just flush it out and use new water each time. The tank is more than enough to complete the job. I use this after regular floss and found it does catch things missed now and then. I've used the main tip for 8 months and still works fine. Battery life is long, I try to remember to charge every weekend. But it just slows down when needing a charge. I do wish the plastic plug was connected – worry about losing it while charging but it is not a big problem. One button cycles type, wish had separate buttons. I just keep my thumb on the power button so can turn it off when needed. Feels like good construction and should last several years at least. Read more

Although these water flossers are not a replacement for flossing, I was always curious about them, and I’m glad I finally purchased one at a great price. Flossing doesn’t always 100% remove food debris. I am four days in (used twice daily - after breakfast and dinner) and still getting a hang of it. The water pressure is powerful on ‘clean’ mode and it may hurt your gums at first, but in a few days your gums will adjust to the pressure. There was only one specific part on my lower gums bleeding when I first used this product, but by day 4, the bleeding was gone - I’m due for a dentist cleaning soon anyway. I’m not great at using this product yet; it’s chunky and a bit hard to hold, especially if you have small hands. I have to stop and start the device to adjust it for the different parts of my mouth because if I do not, water sprays everywhere! I think it’s better to use it in the shower for some people. I love the big water tank, and I add a tad bit of Listerine to the tank for an extra clean feeling. My teeth feels like I just brushed them after using this product. I hope the flosser is durable and will last for quite some time. This is a great buy, and using this product for a few mins everyday will ensure better oral health, even if you don’t floss.
