I'm glad we bought this air purifier. We have 2 large dogs and 4 cats. Our house always smelled like DOG, despite having a good air filtration system for the whole house. Our house no longer smells like dog; it's so much fresher. We have a couple of people who help with our cleaning, and they don't use a vacuum cleaner with a good filter. The Levoit senses the increase in air debris and cranks up, quickly removing impurities. A few days ago, one of our German Shepherds was licking his paw about 2 feet from the Levoit air purifier. After a minute or so, the Levoit sensed the dander and fur coming from his paw and cranked up. That was amazing, I must say. You can see from the display what the current air quality is and get notifications when it changes. We set it on auto and let it go. Maintenance is easy. Vacuum or wash the pre-filter and you're good to go. The unit seems well-built and a decent size. I really like the U-shaped air intake that pulls in air from all directions. Nous avons commandé et reçu très rapidement, et emballés sécuritairement, DEUX purificateurs d’air Levoit (Core 400S et Vital200S) pour 2 pièces de notre maison. Avant de faire l’achat, j’avais fait des recherches pour vérifier les recommandations des meilleurs appareils, et la marque Levoit revenait souvent au sommet des palmarès des purificateurs. J’ai été convaincu. Jusqu’à présent nous sommes tout à fait satisfaits. Ils sont efficaces et très silencieux. Le plus facile est de les mettre en mode automatique. Il faut savoir aussi qu’ils peuvent être contrôlés par une application (sur mon iPad et mon iPhone) qui offre des options supplémentaires. Nous avons 2 chats. Et nous avons des amis qui sont allergiques ! Et je suis moi-même atteint d’une maladie pulmonaire chronique et je constate déjà qu’il m’est possible de réduire ma médication, quoique je ne le recommande pas nécessairement ! Mais c’est juste une preuve, à mon avis, de l’efficacité de ces purificateurs. De plus, ce sont des appareils esthétiques qui s’harmonisent à n’importe quel décor et ne sont pas encombrants. Great product, it really helps reducing symptoms of allergies (we have pets) in our household, we sleep so much better with it! A big plus is that it also clears out pet hair with its washable filter, which means we don't have to vacuum as often! Our allergies were the main reason we invested in this air purifier and it hasn't let us down months later. We use it every night and clean out the washable filter about once a week, it's super convenient and a great investment! For reference, our house is around 1000 ft2, all on one floor and open. I LOVE that there's an app that lets you see the air quality in real-time and telling you when it's time to change the filter. I also get alerts whenever the washable filter is ready to be vacuumed. On the first two settings, it's very quiet, I'm talking you won't even know it's on. After I bought a Levoit Vital 100S for my bedroom and being super impressed with the odor removal, dust collection, and the way it improved my sleep. I decided to buy this for the downstairs space as a gift for my parents. We have a dog and my mom is always complaining that the house smells like dog, especially before guests come over. Our house is an open concept 1200 square foot space, I put this pretty close to the center with the pet dander specialty filter. The quality of the machine and filter is great, we use a high fan speed most of the time to keep the air flowing, it collects an incredible amount of dust, when in auto-mode, it kicks the fan speed up to clean the air when theres a source of PM2.5 like cooking, candles etc. Auto mode is amazing for when we’re not home or at night, still keeps the air fresh but I don’t piss off my dad by running up the energy bill. It’s a sleek looking, lightweight machine that just works. After a month of ownership I think it’s worth every penny I spent. My mom doesn’t complain about the smell any more, my dog’s allergies have gotten better leading to less biting himself and scratching. Also less allergies for the humans too as we’re all allergic to pollen. The bonus is the app, it’s so easy to link, you can control the device from anywhere, set a schedule, it’s user friendly. It also works seamlessly with Alexa. This was a great investment and I intend to buy more air purifiers from Levoit in the future. 10/10 Read more

I bought this because I felt my Levoit Mini wasn't really doing much of anything, just didn't have the fan speed power. This on the other hand moves a ton of air. You can hook it up to Google assistant and Alexa via an app called Vesync. I don't smoke so I can't tell you about that. But I do have a cockroach colony for feeding my tarantulas in my room and they tend to smell musky. This almost totally eliminated the muskiness smell, almost. It's a strong odor when you have over 1k cockroaches in a Tupperware crate. It's not too heavy but not light either. It features a washable mesh screen pre filter, then an actual filter which Im not sure if it's HEPA or not but it definitely makes a difference then part of the filter is activated carbon pellets I believe. On auto mode it tends to stay quiet once it's filtered the air to a high quality level. On manual mode full power it's a little noisy but I sleep right through it on high. It has a air quality sensor which shows you your current air quality. It also has a timer, a night mode that turns off the lights and some other features I can't think of off the top of my head. My room smells fresh compared to how it used to and is less dusty as it was before (I live in an old apartment complex). So far I love it! Read more

Si esta a buen precio/con descuento y tienes problemas para respirar sobre todo por las noches y sobre todo si crees poderlo atribuir a la calidad del aire, lo recomiendo, seguramente te va a ayudar. Lo único malo hasta ahora que llevo 7 meses con el ha sido que cuando hace calor el cuarto se calienta por lo que si lo quieres usar con ventanas cerradas es casi forzoso tener que encender el aire acondicionado. Con frío no hay ese problema y se puede usar cómodamente. Si te sirve bajo esas condiciones de describo lo recomiendo ampliamente, sobre todo también si tienes mascotas que pueden dejar más partículas adicionales en el aire. El tema de la aplicación es curioso porque aparentemente esta monitoreando la calidad de aire y te avisa cuando detecta calidad de aire baja y que el purificador no esta encendido, nunca me he dedicado a verificar que en efecto haya una baja calidad del aire que corresponda con esas notificaciones, pero bueno la aplicación en general es buena pero no la he usado para automatizar, excepto para encenderlo sin tener que pararme de la cama y para eso funciona bien, seguramente la programación que le puedes hacer debe funcionar bien también. No he tenido que cambiar el filtro hasta ahora y a mi parecer ha seguido haciendo bien su función, tal vez cambie el filtro el año que entra, no lo he usado tanto, al principio sí como 1 mes seguido luego ya fue muy intermitente, posiblemente me recuperó un tanto mi tolerancia a la calidad del aire y más delante lo requeriré otra vez con más frecuencia cuando nuevamente baje mi tolerancia. Así ha sido mi percepción, no quiero decir con esto que así funciona. Reitero que bajo las condiciones mencionadas y estando a un buen precio para usarlo en una recámara principal de tamaño "regular" (que quepa una cama king size y que tenga espacio para una cómoda y ese tipo de cosas, por ejemplo) lo recomiendo. This air purifier seems to work very well. It was dead easy to setup and connect to the Vsync app (which I was already using for my air fryers). It is whisper quiet on low setting, but can spin up quite loud when on the max fan setting. I find it to be quite sensitive when detecting air quality as sometimes when it gets smokey from cooking it will immediately alert me of "bad" air quality on my phone. I also love how I can control everything and set scheduled right from my phone, so convenient. Another neat qol feature is the lights on the control panel can be set to turn off automatically when lights go off. I highly recommend. Read more

We live in a house with square footage under than one of these are supposed to cover that’s very open plan and doors never shut. We have 4 cats. My boyfriend and I also have allergies. I ordered these two + two smaller ones for our bedroom and mudroom entrance where our cats litter boxers are so if you’re interested in the 99$ version this can serve as a review for those as well. Overkill? Possibly. But I wanted to make sure to cover all bases plus my OCD said buy 2 of each. I am thoroughly impressed. Although the air quality detector, upon turning them on for the first time was surprisingly already showing as good - I knew better. Overnight, I had a better sleep and morning. The smell in the mudroom has reduced significantly. I was walking around the house able to deep breathe with no irritation. I am shocked. The air is more crisp. Definite difference. I should have took the plunge years ago. Healthy air is important. I’m quick to write this review as I’m just excited. Perhaps I will remember to update it after some time. They were packed very well and it was incredibly easy to assemble/follow instructions. The app has a LOT more than I expected but pairing the machines was very easy too. The screen that shows the air quality level is fun. I get notifications when the air quality changes and auto mode kicks it up a notch. It’s also VERY quiet (level 3 and turbo are loud but those aren’t levels you should need to have running 24/7). I actually had to check it was running at level one it makes NO noise. Insane. Read more
