I originally got this product because Muscletech stopped making Shatter (or at least i cant find it anywhere). Turns out, it's one of the best noortropics I've ever used. It's not the energy that impresses me, but what it's doing for my brain. I've replaced my morning coffee with this product and it's the perfect way to wake up the mind and give a small boost of energy. It's not enough energy to enhance performance in the gym IMO, but a nice clean Jumpstart. Very good stuff. Taste like a tropical jungle juice drink. Gets me energy but without the jitters and heart racing. Gets me focused real good. Gets me dialed in. Shipped in great condition. I like to use this occasionally for a pre workout on days where I need something stronger than coffee, but not as illegal as cocaine. :-) It's a great happy medium. My husband does not work out but uses this at work for energy and focus. We both like how you can think clearly and it is also a bit of a mood booster.
