First, I love the keyboard. These are minor issues I found disappointing that weren't obvious. 1) The keys themselves are backlit by the RGB lighting system, however, the keycaps themselves are fully opaque, including the letter or symbol. So if you're using it in a dark room, you cannot see what's written on the keys. There is only a halo of light around and beneath each individual key. 2) The RGB system controls the individual LEDs under each key, but the software does not let you customize them individually. There are multiple moving patterns that you can choose from (some of which are definitely cool), or you can set all of the keys to one static color of your choice. But you cannot, for example, set your WASD keys to a different color from the rest of the keyboard for gaming, or otherwise highlight different keys that you might want to find easily for your different programs. This is disappointing because the hardware is clearly capable of doing that, they just didn't bother to include that obvious feature in the software. Seems like a big miss. 3) It comes with either Windows or Mac convertibility, and even includes different keycaps for Windows so you can have Ctrl and the Windows key instead of Mac's Command and Option. However, they included two Ctrl keycaps and two Windows key keycaps, but didn't include one for the Menu key (the one that's usually on the right side opposite the Windows key). You can still get the functionality. You just can't have the little list icon on the physical keycap. I used the "option" keycap from the Mac keys and it works fine. It's just not "perfect." 4) I didn't notice this at first, but all of the letter keycaps are Upper Case, but all the functional keys are lower case. That's probably a stylistic choice, and maybe you like that look, but it feels a little crayon-y to me. All that said, however, This is a high-quality keyboard that is a pleasure to use. The key presses are like butter. The feature of being able to go either Bluetooth or corded is brilliant. The whole thing from a hardware perspective just screams passion project from someone who really cares about getting it right. Even little things like the tray that the keys sit in is specially designed to make it easy to shake crumbs out of. You know that was a decision made by someone who spends a lot of time using their keyboard. You can pair the keyboard to three different devices and switch between them with just a two-key-press - which is really nice if you have multiple computers you need to manage. I've only had it for a week so far, but I genuinely get a little giddy when I sit down to type on it. And this thing feels like a truck. Like I could throw it against the wall and it would only be mildly annoyed at me. I know I spent a lot of time on the little gripes, because they seem like things you'd want to know before buying it, but I would buy this for the next three keyboards I buy, even assuming each one will last me 20 years, which I have every reason to expect it would. Brown switches are not quite comfortable because in case of typing you can have bad feeling in your fingers but it is possible to replace switches which is nice. Keyboard has pure RGB and it's almost unusable - keycaps are not lighted up and RGB is useless when it is dark. It has strange mac mode - some of the keys are not working as expected and I had to use windows mode even on mac and replace some of the mappings.
