As per the title of the review I bought this bag recently. It seems to be made well, minus the zipper perhaps. The zipper is built about an inch inside the actual top, and isn’t fully stitched in. This is not something I personally mind but might be something you want to consider. Four external pockets, two for drinks and two for misc purposes. The fabric is a canvas texture, and it’s great to take places like to school or maybe a cafe to work. It’s light enough to not cause strain on your back. I could seriously carry my cat in here if I needed. I'm delighted by the finished seams, neat corners and how sturdy it feels. It holds everything I normally carry and then some. Time will tell but at the moment, with winter approaching, I couldn't ask for better. Hat, gloves, everything like that fits perfectly. An update: since using this for most of the winter and in mostly rain, I needed to launder mine. I figured since it was canvas, I'd be fairly safe. Cold water, gentle soap (Woolite) and gentle drying. No, it shrunk by a good 5in/12cm. The strap is uncomfortable now. Read more

Essentially the only negatives I noticed where that the bag had a lot of loose fibers/seams (but these can be brushed away and easily dealt with), and that the stitching at the top corner of one of the pocket flaps was already loose and coming apart a bit. However, the body of the bag and the actual pockets themselves were very secure, and this particular loose stitching is covered and not actually noticeable nor practically impactful at all in normal use -- plus it is something I could fix myself anyways. I highlighted my one critique instead of leaving it as an afterthought, so that other buyers are more likely to read this more helpful information first. However, here is why I still gave the product five stars: I was overall pleasantly surprised by the product! Very good size, thick canvas material, the color and design were exactly as advertised, the strap can be easily adjusted, it has an inside pocket as well, can be zipped closed, and even came with a couple pins.
