I got this for my 10 hr drive to my sisters. It worked great, better than expected from suck a little light weight thing! And I used it at least five to ten times on drive out without needing to recharge it! I charged it at my sisters and used it on the way home only twice and it seemed weak. I plugged it into charger and forgot about it. Until I started smelling burning plastic! Found it had melted the plug socket and cord as well as part of the hoodie it was laying on! I contacted the seller but waiting on there reply. As of now I would NOT recommend this dangerous product! BIG FIRE HAZARD! If I had fallen asleep with this on charger I could easily have been killed by the plastic smoke or fire it started!!! Read more

This is a really nice device and it seems to already be helping with my chronic neck pain. It is comfortable to wear, pretty quiet, and there are numerous options for intensity, heat, light etc. I’m very happy with my purchase. Wish list: I wish it had Bluetooth and app. Or a remote. It is hard to change the settings on it during use without taking it off. Maybe it will be easier over time. It would also be nice to have a way to know exact battery life. Read more

I purchased the SKG neck massager with high hopes, but it has been nothing but a letdown. The quality of this product is shockingly poor. The device dose not provide a massage as described. The material is poor quality. The design is poor. The voice attached to the setting changes is very loud right by your ears. I purchased because I was curious to know if a more expensive device would work better than a 25$ neck massager. This device has poor performance and a terrible value for the money. The actual “massage” delivered by the neck massager is more of a slight oscillation and a very loud persistent hum. I would not recommend this massager did not live up to it’s description.
