I'm loving this product. I try to use it at least five times a week for a minimum of 15 minutes on the red light (I'm 53 so need all the help I can get!) After a couple of weeks use, I noticed that my skin was clearer and smoother but since I've started using vitamin E oil under it... it's really made a difference, to the point where other people have commented on how fresh faced and dewy my skin looks.
