I purchased these for myself for my birthday. I especially wanted earbuds that had a good microphone. The first pair, after a few weeks, ended up having a bit of a defect and crackled. But the folks at Soundcore were extremely helpful and kind. They were immediately replaced them. The second pair works fabulously. The microphone is fantastic - I talk a lot on the phone and no one has ever said anything about the quality, even when I ask for their assessment. The only small negative thing is that the volume doesn't go super high. It's always good enough, but there are times when I'm listening to an older audiobook and the sound is as high as it goes, which is as loud as I would want it to be, but if I switch to my older and cheaper earbuds, the volume can increase significantly more. But, this is extremely minor compared to the overall quality of the earbuds and their customer service. Read more

The call quality and mic noise canceling are average. The ear fit is irritating, and the case cover becomes loose with use. The case is a bit bulky. I love these earbuds. The sound is amazing and punchy. Best thing is the spatial sound, which is the same as the much more expensive Apple AirPods. I really cannot hear any difference.
