There aren't many eye massagers that do heat and cold, so when i found this one i had to try it. (I'll admit, the pink color swayed me a bit towards this one over another!) I have been suffering from migraines lately, and moreso since i got pregnant. Since i can't take many medicines during pregnancy, i really needed this to work. It does! It's simple to use, and although it's kind of heavy, it's still comfortable. I only use it when I'm laying down to keep it in place. I use the automatic mode the most, which switches from hot to cold, and i turn the pressure all the way up. I have a small face, but it seems to work in all the right places. The intense pressure feels really good, and i wish there were an option to not have it release until you're ready. The music is surprisingly relaxing, and if the compression and release sounds weren't so loud, i could probably fall asleep wearing this. I used this in bed next to my husband, and he said it was annoying. I try to use it when I'm alone, and I'm definitely not giving up on it based on the noise level, as it brings me a lot of migraine relief. I've told several people I'm so glad i bought this!
