Purchased this heated vest to try and keep warm when walking the dog in cold weather. It works! The vest is comfortable to wear, has the advantage of being able to fit the size to the individual person as it has extra side panels that can be zipped in or removed as required. Four zip pockets, one of which holds the battery. There are four heat levels which are easy to control. It was necessary for me to contact ARRIS several times after purchase and they were extremely helpful and responded to my queries promptly and sorted everything out. This is a fantastic vest. Heats up very quickly. Very comfortable. Adjustable side panels are a genius addition. EDIT:- There’s a couple a couple of issues I’ve now had time to discover. - On max heat, the vest stays hot for just 2 1/2 hours on a full charge. - The battery does NOT take 4-5 hours to fully charge!!! With no power left, the battery takes 15, YES, FIFTEEN HOURS TO FULLY CHARGE!!! - The battery does not turn off unless you unplug the wire. The power button is useless as it does not work!!! I’ll be contacting Arris as maybe I have a faulty battery? I want to keep the vest but get a replacement battery. Read more
