Our fridge ice maker never seems to keep up so I purchased this one to make sure we always have ice. It does put out a lot of ice and it is impressive how quickly it makes it. My only complaint is that the ice is very wet so use a small tray lines with paper towels and dump my ice into that first to dry it before transferring it to the freezer to help prevent it from freezing into a giant clump. I also noticed that if you don’t dump it every couple of hours the ice on the bottom starts to melt so something to keep in mind. The basket that catches the ice and the scoop for it is pretty small so it is hard to scoop it directly from the machine. We use filtered water to refill it and outside if these little things it has worked very well. It is a little loud (sounds like a fan running) but I only notice it when it’s quiet and in the kitchen. It stop make ice after only 5 month use

Stopped working with less than 5 months of use and seller couldn’t care less. Still haven’t gotten a solution. Very disappointing.
